Both men have far exceeded our expectations when it came to knowledge, customer service, and pricing. They… were attentive, listed, and answered all our questions. Each called the next day to see how we were enjoying our automobile. They went over and above to ensure our complete satisfaction. Great Service Experience

He really heard me that I am struggling financially and did not pressure me at all. I had stopped coming there because I had the same… person check me in more than once and they pressured me to the point I said okay to things I could not afford. If everyone was like Bob in the Service Field and didn't try to take advantage because I'm a female the world would be better for it. I've since ran into problems and my car got towed to another dealer. It's been 2 weeks and very stressful. I have consulted Mike a couple of times and he was extremely nice and helpful.Sandra, we sincerely appreciate your feedback.
