Such an amazing experience

by Kone on 10/31/2022We were searching for a used reliable car that would last another decade or so. We found it at the Wickstrom Auto Group. My wife and I were hesitant to go check it out because it was about 45 mins to an hour from where we lived. The car… sounds exactly what we were looking for and it had all the requirements that was on our list so we make the appointment. Keith was very responsive via text and phone call regarding when we wanted to come in and look at the car. Let's just say we were so glad that we made the trip to Barrington, IL. Keith was great with us and answered every questions we had regarding that car. The car was in great condition and the right price for our budget. Keith went above and beyond to do whatever he can to meet our needs and budget. Long story short, we purchased the car. We are very happy with it. I would definitely go back again if ever needed another car and will definitely refer my friends and family to him. Walking into the dealership, I knew what features I was looking for in a vehicle but did not know which vehicle best suited my needs. Jared did a great… job listening to not only what I wanted but also what I did not want. He then provided three models for consideration, all of which fulfilled what I was wanting in my next vehicle. The phrase “nailed it” came right to mind! I was truly impressed. Once I selected the vehicle for me, we began the purchase process. Wickstrom has this process down! It was very streamlined, all persons involved were great to work with, and we were on the road within a small amount of time. Subsequent to the purchase, Jared followed up making sure we were pleased with our purchase and checking to see if we had any questions.
