Excellent experience purchasing from Wickstrom Jeep and working with Jared to do so. Walking into the dealership, I knew what features I was looking for in a vehicle but did not know which vehicle best suited my needs. Jared did a great job listening to not only what I wanted but also what I did not want. He then provided three models for consideration, all of which fulfilled what I was wanting in my next vehicle. The phrase “nailed it” came right to mind! I was truly impressed. Once I selected the vehicle for me, we began the purchase process. Wickstrom has this process down! It was very streamlined, all persons involved were great to work with, and we were on the road within a small amount of time. Subsequent to the purchase, Jared followed up making sure we were pleased with our purchase and checking to see if we had any questions. An exceptional experience from walking into the door and driving home with my new vehicle!
