I am not new to dealing with auto dealers by any means, I go into it we'll researched and knowing what I want and Wickstrom and Eric Jensen in particular were straightforward and easy… to deal with. What sets them apart in particular was their ability to actually conduct most of the sale via email. We were willing to work with any/several dealers and drive a bit to find what we wanted, but Wickstrom and Eric were far and away more responsive and personable via email than any other place that still seem to use generic auto responses and group email lists. Not here, here you get an actual person with real information and a level of preparedness for your arrival that has been unmatched in my car buying history. I was connected to this dealership and Jared through Costco as I was trying to take advantage of a membership discount. I was… so incredibly lucky that Jared was my sales person. He was always very polite and never pushy. I once was at a dealership in Evanston, where I was was literally cornered and blocked from leaving the store by the manager and sales person. The team at Wickstrom were always respectful and enthusiastic and readily available, about providing any information I needed. Jared treated me like family it seemed when helping me pick options for my new car. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of the different options available. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership and Jared as a sales person, especially if you are a female and tired of dealing with aggressive, condescending sales people. The ease and efficiency in selecting a vehicle, talking… though the numbers, understanding my budget and getting the best value for my money is why I continue to come back. Eric Jensen reached out and sent a video of the vehicle I was interested in and told me all about it. I made an appointment for a test drive and Eric was… there bright and early with the car all clean and ready. Not at all pushy about selling the car, he let us take our time and check it out and even when it came down to crunch time, he gave us space to talk. The price was good and I got everything I wanted. Nick Sjoblom in financing was also very helpful and friendly and explained all of the options available. We worked out a great deal and I could not have had a better experience! They also had fantastic amenties. My wife and I were hesitant to go check it out because it was about 45 mins to an hour from where we lived.
