He is a very personable, forthright, low-key individual who I know will bend over backwards to help you with your purchase. He drove the car that I was interested in to my house to pick… me up. The drive back to the dealership was my test drive. He proceeded to work with me without any sales pressure and with very professional business acumen. He was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions. He called me today to see how I liked the car and to remind me that I had an oil change and inspection at 20,000 miles. Really wanted me to choose based on what I liked. I've never had… such a "low-pressure" experience buying a car. The whole process was handled smoothly. The repair area was very clean and they provide a nice waiting area with comfortable seating, work space areas and TVs. I would definitely go back to Wickstrom and Don for a future car purchase. Jaime my sales guy was eager to help me and went above and beyond to get everything I needed to leave with my vehicle. Gave me a… fair deal on my trade in, explained all the paperwork thoroughly, handled my payoff efficiently and were very courteous throughout the process, which is something I was looking for after a bad experience last time buying a truck. David the finance guy even got me a great apr and worked with me on a warranty. They have a huge repair center too that has car washes oil changes and tire rotation with purchase. I’m very satisfied and would recommend these guys and their team anytime.
