Overcharge for a service I did not get

I had one tire that gets low air pressure (My back passenger) and not noticing until the next day, the same low air pressure tire was still in the same back passenger… Goes to show that I was… charged $29.99 for a service that wasn’t even done, now I’m questioning if they even did an oil change. I tried to give Napleton another chance and I always being disappointedThanks for sharing your recent service experience with us, we would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. Very thorough maintenance inspection

Amazing service

Jason at service was extremely helpful, and understanding of my car and my needs. He said he would try and squeeze my car in today and have… one of his technicians do an AC diagnosis. He got my car figured out and fixed before the end of the day and I couldn't be more thankful. They do great quality work and the service was excellent.
