    Went there for my car service. It didn’t take long for someone to attend to me. They explain everything about the service of my car. During the service, they kept updating me.

  • Overcharge for a service I did not get

    I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I had one tire that gets low air pressure (My back passenger) and not noticing until the next day, the same low air pressure tire was still in the same back passenger… Goes to show that I was charged $29.99 for a service that wasn’t even done, now I’m questioning if they even did an oil change. I tried to give Napleton another chance and I always being disappointed

    I brought my vehicle in for a recall and wheel alignment. The technician took 3 hours to perform the work and also performed a thorough inspection to identify multiple items needing attention, along with an estimate of cost. I am glad that I have the list of necessary repairs.

    I went to Napelton Hyundai to get my AC checked since I finally found some time to get it worked on. Jason at service was extremely helpful, and understanding of my car and my needs. He said he would try and squeeze my car in today and have one of his technicians do an AC diagnosis. He got my car figured out and fixed before the end of the day and I couldn't be more thankful. They do great quality work and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

    All around friendly. Even while we waiting in the customer waiting, other employees/salesmen were making sure we were taken care of and if we needed anything. Not pushy at all.
