Overcharge for a service I did not get

onI went for an oil change and tire rotation. I had one tire that gets low air pressure (My back passenger) and not noticing until the next day, the same low air pressure tire was still in the same back passenger… Goes to show that I was charged $29.99 for a service that wasn’t even done, now I’m questioning if they even did an oil change. I tried to give Napleton another chance and I always being disappointed
