by Racemom01 on 05/23/2023I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, but I knew I was dreading the process. I initially started w/ Ricky, another salesman while looking at a GMC Terrain. I was very interested in the Acadia model but there wasn't a used on… available that I like. My husband I returned to look at the Terrain further and were prepared to potentially start at sale. Ricky was with another customer and Allen jumped in to help. A 23 Acadia, AT4 had arrived, I asked Allen if I could drive it. Loved It!!! Looked at basic numbers, opted to contact my credit union for financing options but was really struggling with the sticker price on the 2023. Allen contacted me two days later that a 21 in the Acadia AT4 had come in as a trade, identical to the 2023 version with minimal miles and significantly cheaper. After getting approval from the CU, I contacted Allen and told him we would be in to look at it and make the deal. He was extremely helpful, knowing we were on a tight time schedule, he collected all of my needed documents ahead of time to begin the process. He was great to work with, down to earth and straight shooter, as am I. I communicated my needs and Allen did everything he could to make it happen and in a reasonable time frame. I would definitely recommend friend and family to check out Kendall Kia/Chevrolet, and ask for Allen Hallenbeck. He made the very unpleasant experience of buying a car a seamless and simple process.Buying a car was easy

Looked on their site and the pricing here for their better trim trucks was cheaper than the one I was looking to build. Called dealer,… talked with salesperson, did a deposit over phone. Showed up a couple days later. Took about 45 minutes total at dealer to be on our way. Great dealer to do business with in my opinion.Out of State Buyer beware!
by car_cursed on 11/29/2022I purchased a new GMC Sierra 1500 from Kendall. My sales person Branden was great. He was very attentive and promptly responded to any questions I had. We arranged financing through our local credit union. I talked to Branden and the… finance department. They had all my information. They gave me the total price including all tax, title and licensing. We arrived at the dealership with the checks in the amount they requested. The process to get everything signed took longer than expected but things happen. When I went to my local DMV to register the truck I was informed the check the dealership sent did not cover tax, title and license. I needed to pay an additional $410. I contacted the dealer and asked if they would be willing to refund me this unexpected cost only to be told curtly no. I emphasized that I asked and got multiple assurances that everything was covered and was still told they would not be doing anything to fix it.BEST salesperson ever Ron Bovee

Sadly, I saw several people sitting on golf carts, looking ONLY at their phones and not… up at guests, and heard "Can I help you?!?! Are you kidding me!! Ok I am a retired metallurgist but dang this kids on their phones. THANKS RON BOVEE for making it a pleasant experience.An excellent buying experience
