I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, but I knew I was dreading the process. I initially started w/ Ricky, another salesman while looking at a GMC Terrain. I was very interested in the Acadia model but there wasn't a used on available that I like. My husband I returned to look at the Terrain further and were prepared to potentially start at sale. Ricky was with another customer and Allen jumped in to help. A 23 Acadia, AT4 had arrived, I asked Allen if I could drive it. Loved It!!! Looked at basic numbers, opted to contact my credit union for financing options but was really struggling with the sticker price on the 2023. Allen contacted me two days later that a 21 in the Acadia AT4 had come in as a trade, identical to the 2023 version with minimal miles and significantly cheaper. After getting approval from the CU, I contacted Allen and told him we would be in to look at it and make the deal. He was extremely helpful, knowing we were on a tight time schedule, he collected all of my needed documents ahead of time to begin the process. He was great to work with, down to earth and straight shooter, as am I. I communicated my needs and Allen did everything he could to make it happen and in a reasonable time frame. I would definitely recommend friend and family to check out Kendall Kia/Chevrolet, and ask for Allen Hallenbeck. He made the very unpleasant experience of buying a car a seamless and simple process.
