    I is always a pleasure dealing with the friendly and helpful staff at GMC, though the problem with my van automatic door locks is still not resolved because I was told the part they thought was the problem was not the problem. I was told that the proper part has been ordered and is on its way. This problem has been going on since I first purchased the van and is still not resolved, I have faith that GMC will get the problem solved and repaired

    I live in the Mainland and I have put my trust in your dealership mainly because of the Exemplar Service my daughter has received from Isaac Rivera. I feel confident that if my daughter who is attending college on the Island has a problem, I can ALWAYS count on Isaac!!

    I chose to sit and wait for my truck to finish. and it didn't take too long. I've waited way longer at other dealers before. They even did a recall that I wasn't aware of. Sweet.

    I had a lot of work that needed to be done on the car and I was resigned to the fact that I would be stuck there all day because we only have one vehicle. The shuttle service not only gave me a ride home, but also picked me up when the car was finished that afternoon. I didn't expect that and I am very appreciative for the service I received that day.

    I brought may car in to replace a faulted Cue system. Work was completed when stated. Waiting area was comfortable. Car was returned with finger smudges on most window surfaces and the rear view mirror. Over the past 10 years, I've become accustomed to a standard of having the car washed and vacuumed after dealership servicing - this is not performed at Honolulu Cadillac.

    Your service is always fantastic, However i did purchase the service plan, and lately when I have come down to get my truck serviced it seems they have a hard time finding that info. but other than that great place

    I was able to schedule my appointment without a problem on line. My long-time Service Representative, Stan Ohama, was on hand on my arrival to receive and process our vehicle. We took advantage of the shuttle service and, when informed that added time would be needed to diagnose needed repair, the shuttle picked us up and took us home. Mr. Ohama informed us of shop actions. The following morning, Mr. Ohama informed us of the repairs performed and that our vehicle was ready for pickup. We arranged for a shuttle pickup to the dealership. The repairs have proven to be successful with the actual repair cost lower than the initial in-shop estimate. Services, from reception, during repair work and at the time we retrieved our car were excellent!

    It was good. The gmc in waipahu washes cars as part of the service. Would have been nice to have the car washed and vacuumed

    Well,first of all. kudos to Stan,he took care of me, and also Wayne, even though I gave them the wrong contact number. I would like to see some paper towels instead of the handblower thing,cause I couldn't wash my face. Thanks

    Lance Kobayashi the service manager and all of his Service advisors Stanley, Michelle and Will were fabulous!!! They took very good care of me and had me on the road in no time. I will make sure I refer all my family to them for not only service but for sales too. Much Aloha!!!

    My service rep. handled my service call expertly, efficiently, and courteously. This was excellent service! Your courtesy shuttle was the primary reason I was able to schedule service during the weekday. The shuttle driver, Virginia, was courteously and helpful, as well. Thank you for being professional.

    I called local dealership service department three times during the day to check on the status of my car. No call back which left me to assume my car was not done and was going to remain overnight. The next day I did receive a call stating my car was ready at noon. Three of four issues were resolved. One issue, a scratched window was not resolved, I was told they were checking if it would be covered under warranty and I would receive a call. I never received a call.

    I went in for an oil change and everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the professional customer service I received while waiting for my vehicle. I routinely take my car in for scheduled services and what brings me back is the consistency of quality and the excellent customer service.
