by Great Svc on 08/15/2025The team at Cutter Ford Aiea made it simple for us to complete a transaction without any problems. Brad, Victor & Joe were great. We live on another island which has a local Ford Dealer and we contacted them explaining that we were… interested in purchasing a new vehicle. We received no response back after leaving 2 messages. In 2011 my wife purchased a Ford Flex from Cutter Ford Aiea so she decided to contact Brad (GM). That one phone call resulted in a follow up call that day from their sales person Victor. Victor listened to our needs and after doing his research presented us with options. The vehicle that Victor presented was not on the lot but had already been off loaded from the ship and waiting at the dock. The model and features were within our needs and so we agreed to select that particular vehicle (Ford Ranger XLT, 2.7 cu). 2 weeks later I received the vehicle after it was barged over to our island. It is great! We are very satisfied with this experience and with no doubt will return to do business with Cutter Ford Aiea when that opportunity comes again. By the way, that local Ford dealer finally contacted us 4 business days later.Cutter Ford

by Hesch Fam on 05/15/2024We took our Ford Escape in for an oil change and while we were waiting, we stepped into the showroom where we were met by Vic Harris. We had been contemplating buying a Ford Bronco Sport and thought we would look around. Vic took us to… where the new vehicles were and explained all the different models and the difference in features and pricing. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and we ended up going on a test drive. We were more than impressed with the vehicle we drove that we ended up driving it off the lot that day. We are still learning all the different features and abilities of our vehicle and it has been more than we had imagined. We love Cutter Ford, Aiea as my family has been buying cars from them since the 1980's. I got my first car when I was in high school (a 1977 Toyota Corona) from there and have gone on to buy vehicles from them over the years. Our daughter also got her first car (Ford Fiesta) from them as well! Vic was very professional and since he drives the same make and model that we purchased, he knew all the ins and outs of the Bronco Sport and we left feeling very confident and satisfied with our purchase. We definitely recommend Cutter Ford; Aiea and we will come back again!Excellent!

He ran a few numbers for several different trucks and ended up finding my perfect fit. Freddie… worked with the finance managers and got me a great deal on a beautiful Lightning. by kekulahano on 10/08/2023Overall a good experience, except for the financing part; 1) no low interest loans or promotions due to the exceptional demand for the maverick; 2) the financial part was disorganized and the sales team did not seem to know what they were… doing. 3) the entire process took far too long: 4) what the ford company was promotied as the price and mrsp for the maverick was not what the same as the dealer. They seem to be trying to maximize what they could get from the customer; 5) the customer service from the sales rep with us was good and the service of the car prep was good;

I bought the car the… same day I viewed it. The service at the dearlership was top notch. And, my frends and family love the look, drive, and overall feel of the car. She was really good at figuring out how to make me understand the… nuance of the charges and so forth. She also gave me what I needed to know about incoming stock. I went home , discussed the info with my wife and went back Sunday. Ashley arrange for me to meet with Sean Rodrigues a Sales Manager. The Bronco was all ready to test drive when we got there and we were able to make a deal that afternoon. I felt like they valued my business .Cutter Ford Aiea, Hawaii

I was discussing taking delivery that day, the sales rep informed me that there is a back up camera recall and I couldn’t take delivery that day. He told me that the Escape should be ready by… Monday or Tuesday. I called him Monday and the salesman informed me that part was being shipped and the car will be ready between 3-5 days. Yesterday, I spoke to the car salesman. He informed me that the part had not arrived and I could not take delivery until next week, almost 2 weeks from when I purchased! My question is, why didn’t Cutter Ford have the replacement part on hand if they knew there was a recall? Or shouldn’t they have known there is a recall?Cutter Ford Ranger purchase

I appreciate the low/no pressure way he dealt with my requirements and we reached a very agreeable deal in… less than an hour. At the dealership, the staff was excellent in dealing with an unforeseen situation that might have sunk the phone agreement but they persevered and I love my new car.Really great expereince

We were hesitant because we did not know what to expect, having always purchased our vehicles from individual sellers. We felt welcomed from the moment we… walked up to the doors. The whole experience took about 6 hours, which is a long, long time when you have a 4 year old with you and skipping a nap time just to get this done. Ashley never rushed us, allowing me to view as many vehicles as I needed to before the final selection, and without feeling like I was impeding on her ability to make another sale. I am glad we didn't jump into anything and so thankful that Ashley was friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love the vehicle I came home with and I feel comforted knowing it has been inspected and cleaned. No buyer's remorse. Thank you so much! I saw the escape and thought I come and see if it was something I would like. I saw a ford escape se which caught my eye. The… sales man helped me to get the best loan...I was preapproved w my credit union..I didn't know Ford had its own financing company. I almost didn't try ..but the manager spoke to me and I got the best loan at 3.9% and small down payment. I'm so happy with my SUV Ford SE 2017...happy with Ford team..its the best experience I've had in buying a car. I love the way my SUV drives and looks ..I'm a new proud Ford owner and I will tell all my friends to look at Ford as the best service and cars around. Also my grandpa owned a Ford truck and gave to my brother. Eventually my brother owned and still has his F150 truck . He told me to look at Ford as well. Happy I took others advise...
