Cutter Ford

The team at Cutter Ford Aiea made it simple for us to complete a transaction without any problems. Brad, Victor & Joe were great. We live on another island which has a local Ford Dealer and we contacted them explaining that we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle. We received no response back after leaving 2 messages. In 2011 my wife purchased a Ford Flex from Cutter Ford Aiea so she decided to contact Brad (GM). That one phone call resulted in a follow up call that day from their sales person Victor. Victor listened to our needs and after doing his research presented us with options. The vehicle that Victor presented was not on the lot but had already been off loaded from the ship and waiting at the dock. The model and features were within our needs and so we agreed to select that particular vehicle (Ford Ranger XLT, 2.7 cu). 2 weeks later I received the vehicle after it was barged over to our island. It is great! We are very satisfied with this experience and with no doubt will return to do business with Cutter Ford Aiea when that opportunity comes again. By the way, that local Ford dealer finally contacted us 4 business days later.
