    Brian has been my serviceman for 10 years. He is always attentive, friendly, honest and provides the best customer services. I would not have kept my vehicle this long and continued to do business with Capital if it were not for Brian.

    My AC was diagnosed by another dealership in Atlanta and couldn't find a problem even though we knew there was one. Brought it to Brian, and he got it repaired correctly the first time.

    Easy to work with. Didn't feel pressured to purchase. Michael Loncaric made the purchase process extremely easy by taking care of most of the paperwork before we arrived. The facility was extremely nice and the staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicle.

    Service agents were outstanding. . ONLY negative is " I wasn't told that my appt time was a DROPOFF TIME". Luckily,I was picked up and 8 hrs later I was called and advised of the problem with my vehicle

    Steve Cronin was a pleasure to deal with...very professional, very nice, straightforward, funny. He wanted to make sure we were very happy with our decision. Not once did we feel pressured, which was nice since it had been 14 years since we'd bought a car.

    Repairs were explained clearly including cost. EJ and Maria took extra steps to help me. I use a walker to assist my mobility. Both EJ and Maria made sure I was comfortable. I was even given a ride to my office while repair work was being done.

    I made the appointment and was not pleased with the little girl who handled that. However, when I got to the dealership yesterday, E.J. Laird met me at the door, called me by name, said he remembered me from earlier trips, etc. (I've had other people to deal with.) He could not have been any more pleasant and I appreciated it. Judy H

    I came in without an appointment due to an issue I was experiencing with my car that day (battery). My vehicle was taken in almost immediately and was fixed under warranty within an hour. Also, the dealership brought in sandwiches for its customers that were waiting on service -- something I have not seen anywhere else.

  • Watch out for ad fees

    I was trying to order a 2009 GMC, so in the process I contacted several dealers. I spoke to the Internet Manager at Capital and found they would sell my model for $500 over invoice, but there were two advertising fees totaling $900. After I rejected this offer, I received another email from them that they were anxious to be of service (it seemed like an automated email). I replied back and not only could they not beat the price on my best deal, they could not order one of the options I wanted. The latter issue was apparently something having to do with the GM ordering system, although other dealers had been able to order & deliver this model with the option I wanted.

    From the search on your website to the completion on the sale was a great flawless experience. You had the exact vehicle I was looking for and the best price. I compared to 2 other local dealerships and neither couldn't even match your price. In fact, one was certain you were misleading me. Well it was the exact opposite. Mike from Internet Sales was great. professional and upfront. There were no surprises. He did an excellent walk through of the vehicle. Never seemed rushed. Millard was great with finalizing the financials. extremely personable and ffriendly. I was extremely happy with the entire experience and will definitely recommend this dealership. And I love my GMC Acadia.

    I purchased 2 vehicles since 2001 and had 2 professional and friendly experiences. There was no pressure selling and the deal I was offered was the deal I got. There were no gimmicks. I highly recommend Capital Buick GMC in Smyrna, GA when you want to purchase a vehicle. I had bought a new Pontiac and Buick cars.
