I made the appointment and was not pleased with the little girl who handled that. However, when I got to the dealership yesterday, E.J. Laird met me at the door, called me by name, said he remembered me from earlier trips, etc. (I've had other people to deal with.) He could not have been any more pleasant and I appreciated it. Judy H
