    The salesman was especially nice and knowledgeable. I was treated like a VIP and who wouldn't like that? If you are looking for a new car, be sure to stop in to see them.

    My past experiences with Ford dealerships in the Columbus area were horrible at best. JC Lewis fixed my problem in a timely manner and the service was great.

  • Royal treatment

    The service tech Dan was concerned about why I visited and after not finding any problems, suggested I returned for another mechanic to do a second look. This found a recall that caused my problem. Got me to my destinations while my car was bring fixed and explained what happened and what they did to correct it and got me back on the road in my own car in less than a week and it was a holiday weekend. I appreciate it all.

    Very courteous sales staff. Also a very pleasant experience. Having sold cars in the past, I can say that this dealership is very well organized and operated. The pricing was very competitive and honestly the vehicle we purchased was more than what we expected to get.

  • Excuse me?

    I took my 2013 Titanium Fusion to Lewis because of questions about the remote locks, remote start and some other issues. I just moved to Savannah and bought the car in Detroit before leaving. The service advisor seemed to have never seen a Fusion before. She was unable or unwilling to assist, and referred me to a salesperson to get an explanation of the remote start and key toggle. She was only interested in scheduling a service appointment. Given this introduction to the dealer, why would I EVER take my car there? Evidently there is no competitive Ford dealer nearby, because the service department seem utterly clueless.

  • Mike didn't sell me a vehicle, he looked out for my best interest

    Everyone greeted me when I walked through the dealership which made me feel very welcome. I was offered something to drink numerous times. The product is what made me visit the dealership but it was my salesman (Mike S.) that made me want to come back! Not only was he knowledgeable of the vehicles he showed me, but it was how he came across to me the very first time he shook my hand. He didn't "sound" or "act" like a salesman. Some people in sales give me the feeling they are phony. This was not the case with Mike. He made eye contact, he really listened, and he didn't "sell" me a car...rather he found just the right car for my needs and made sure it was within a payment I felt comfortable with. There was no pressure. He left me with the feeling that he was actually looking out for my best interest. When I drove off the lot in my beautiful new 2014 Ford Escape, I KNEW without a shadow of a doubt that I had made the right purchase!

    I'm an unusual customer. I work in multiple states, live in Georgia, and own a business that is located in Pennsylvania. I purchased my Ford through my company. As you can imagine, this type of purchase is more complicated than most. Ashley H., Steven H., and all the fine professionals at J C Lewis Ford made sure that the purchase, financing, and delivery was seamless. I received the car that I wanted and was able to count on their support to handle the state to state issues well. I am glad that I picked J C Lewis for my Ford dealership.
