The staff were very professional & attentive to the needs of our family during our purchase transaction. Our sales person, Mike, was excellent. He took the time to teach my daughter about her new first car, and did so in a very friendly manner. Our negotiations went smoothly and we were happy with the price and the wonderful new Focus my daughter now can call her own! We were pleased overall with our entire experience!
