onI was unaware that shuttle service was not available on Saturdays. When I arrived and was told that the time to do my needed repairs may take a couple of hours. I asked for a ride home to wait for my repairs to be completed. The Service Manager arranged to satisfy my request for a ride home. I did not bring a newspaper with me and was not prepared to wait 2 hours for my repairs to be completed. I thank the Service Manager for providing me a ride home so I could wait in comfort for the repairs to be completed.
