He was very personable and he made sure that my car was done correctly and in record time. I hope that I work with him again in 5000… miles. JC Lewis, he's ddefinitely a keeper.Great service - Great people!

David Ditman was our sales representative. He never ran out of patience or… trucks! It was a very hot day but he has a great attitude and a good sense of humor to go with it. Joe Welch is another J C Lewis asset. He was very accomodating and we felt we received a fair deal.Katherine, thank you for sharing your experience with us. He put no pressure on me as I requested which made my shopping for a care more enjoyable. I think we met… with him 3-4 times before I finally made my decision. I was looking at other dealerships, (not Ford) but was very comfortable with the treatment we got at J C Lewis. Everyone made us fell like it was old home week! David Ditman, an excellent sales person, he's a keeper. Bill James, Sales Manager was great to work with! James Eady the Business Manager, was very pleasant and explained the financing procedure and extended warranty in a manner we understood completely. Great employees, great dealership. 2010 Ford Focus
by pargolf9 on 06/01/2015I was unaware that shuttle service was not available on Saturdays. When I arrived and was told that the time to do my needed repairs may take a couple of hours. I asked for a ride home to wait for my repairs to be completed. The Service… Manager arranged to satisfy my request for a ride home. I did not bring a newspaper with me and was not prepared to wait 2 hours for my repairs to be completed. I thank the Service Manager for providing me a ride home so I could wait in comfort for the repairs to be completed.Thank you for the 5-star review! Oil Change - May 19th 2015

Oil replacement

Second car purchase

I was a little disappointed that the car I scheduled to test drive with another salesman had been sent to another store, so when I arrived for my appointment it was not there. That was not Ted's fault… and he made up for it! He was very nice and funny and eventually I did find a car I like. He was so great my friend has scheduled an appointment with him! I will recommend Ted to anyone, and will return. Alberto in finance was wonderful as well. The entire staff was very warn and friendly. This is why I returned. Additionally, Larry Bonorato, the business manager, worked diligently until he found acceptable financing for me.… Larry also helped me purchase an affordable extended warranty. The service staff were excellent in detailing and replacing a windshield for the vehicle I purchased. All the J.C. Lewis personnel exhibited professionalism and great customer service.
