Well, when I arrived, I was told I needed an appointment. The service representative told me they could still take me, however, it may be a long wait. I reluctantly agreed. To my surprise, within an hour they had my truck in the service shop and were doing the works inspection. It's a good thing too, as I can only make it in on the weekends to do this maintenance on my vehicles. I work all the time. I was very delighted when I saw the mechanic finishing my truck's service. At checkout, the service representative out did himself again by giving me a military discount. It was very pleasant to be recognized by a kind group of individuals. Many thanks!
