Dealership Service Review
I wasn’t pleased with the service. I had an appointment 8:30 that morning for an recall part and to program two key fobs. I also was supposed to received an routine inspection they perform. I received my car around 3 that afternoon they said I needed a new battery because one of my cell was dead and they couldn’t program the keyfob and I can pay to get it diagnose to see why . I told them no thank you and I’ll just take my car . The lady who went and got my car came back and said it wouldn’t crank can she price me a battery. I politely told her no thank you and I never had issues starting my car. They said they had to jump it off and when I received my car back my module fuse 7.5 was on the floor. I ask the the front desk to have the mechanic to put it back and he said it was important and he forgot to throw it away. I just wanted back in because it was never missing whether it’s important or not. Now after I left I went to battery plus to get my battery checked and they told me it was good. I couldn’t believe it. I took it to auto zone to get another opinion and they told me it’s a good battery. I just feel they are shady .
