    The service was satisfactory. The service took a long time almost six hours. I didn’t have a choice of services . The services to be performed were pre picked by Hyundai. The cost of these required services was exorbitant.

    We were not originally searching for a new car but things are what they are right now and we moved forward on our search. I had researched the best electric vehicles for several months and concluded that Hyundai was world class in technology, innovation, and customer experience. AutoNation was nearby and had a solid reputation. We were not disappointed. I spoke via phone with Justin and hoped to set up an appointment immediately. He advised that he was due to leave for his weekend military duty but that he would be happy to arrange for me to meet with another advisor. "No way." I told him. You are serving your country. The least I could do was wait a few days. I am glad I did. Although new to the dealership, Justin knew his vehicles, arranged test drives, explained technology, and introduced me to his colleagues. All with great patience. I asked a lot of questions and am admittedly not as up to speed as some others in current technology available in vehicles. Justin was calm and poised throughout. The vehicle I wanted (Ioniq 6 AWD Limited) was not available at the dealership initially. Nonetheless, Justin and his colleagues arranged requisite trades and delivered the vehicle in a matter of days. Moreover, I never felt pushed or pressured into my purchase. I love my new vehicle. I'm still learning all about it. But I also very much appreciate Justin and his colleagues at AutoNation for their professionalism and guidance. The shop is spotless, the staff courteous, and the vehicles beautiful. I highly recommend buying from them.

  • NEVER go here for Service

    NEVER take your car here for Service. This is the second time they have scheduled my car for a recall and once I drop the car off they don’t have the part and can’t get it for days. But of course they try to sell you other parts while you’re there. The Service manager couldn’t be bothered to come out of his office to even try to help the issue and the employee at the desk was rude and no help at all. He tried to blame me for not letting them know what I needed when scheduled over a month ago. It was for a Recall!!!!!! I will never be back!!!!

    I’d been searching for a 540i for two years and finally decided to pull the trigger on one at Autonation Savannah. I’m five hours away so everything was done with Jonathan Mock over texts and email. He was awesome, professional, and communicated very very well. They were able to get the price right and the car is perfect. I will absolutely do business with them again

    Overall good experience. The seller, Djuan, was very patient with me and my questions, overall good experience. it was really quick to approve the loan, find the car and bring it here. my only comment will be I didnt like the transportation from one dealership to the other one, they drove the car so I got it with 300miles on it, buying a new car I would expected to have a 0 miles on it. also the keys had some scratches.

    Purchased my Hyundai Ioniq 5 from Austin. Very personable and professional experience through all stages of the buying process.     Austin, my sales associate, was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and bent over backwards to get this deal done. This was a long distance transaction so we made the deal via phone, e-mail, and text, and he made the transition very smooth and with no obstacles. Highly recommend this guy. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, David, the finance manager, was also extremely helpful in getting everything I needed. The deal was already done when I saw him and he also bent over backwards to put me in the Santa Cruz. I would like to say that these two individuals were so great because I was coming from out of town, but I have a strong feeling that they treat all customers in this fashion. I highly recommend this dealership, this product (Hyundai), and these two individuals. Great job!!

    My car sat at the dealership for 3 months after my appointment just to get into rotation to be looked at. Then took almost another 3 months to get the recalls fixed. They gave me very little communications. I called often for an update and was never able to get in touch with anyone. I left multiple messages and never a return call. Then the last month that my car was there, I was only able to find anything on the progress was text message only. Even then it was hit or miss on getting a text back. After my motor was finished and released back to us. The engine light was on. Mind you, it has a brand new motor put in. This is why it was at the dealership. Would not recommend ever having work done at this dealership.

  • Service delays

    My turn signals burned out in September, but the dealer couldn't give me a service date until mid-December. Dropped the car off the night before. Got a text in the AM that they had the car and would be taking care of it. Around 3:30pm I call to find out what's going on. I'm told the service guy would call me back. At around 5pm, after not hearing anything, I make multiple calls back, before I get the service guy, who informs me that they were too busy that day to look at my car. After waiting three months. Anyway, the next day they call me and tell me that it's going to take a very long time to replace the bulbs because they have to remove the bumper (or something like that) and it was going to be extremely expensive. A youtube video on the subject doesn't involve removing the bumper and doesn't take half as long for even a dummy like me to do it, so I declined the service. They also changed the oil per my request, and that was fine.

  • Never returning. Absolutely avoid.

    Key words: unresponsive, unprofessional, lethargic, incomplete. I had an appointment scheduled for August 2023 for a check-engine light. Due to an unplanned family emergency (my brother died), I asked to reschedule. The soonest I could get back on their calendar was the last day of November(!). The instructed me to drop off my car the night before in order to ensure they could look at it early on Thursday. I called 5 times between 8am and 10am the morning of my service, but the service counter never answered. I called a different department (parts) and they said they would physically hand-deliver a note. They still did not call me back. I finally received a call at 3:30pm (the end of my work day). The service person did not get any of my messages, and they were only about to *begin looking* at my car. In other words, they stole an entire day off from me, AND they were not going to have it done until the end of Friday -- now another day off that was not planned. When I picked my car up, the check engine light was still on, even while the car was still in their lot.

    Quick check in. Service completed in a more than acceptable time frame. Problem with the TPMS not showing any tire pressure readings on the drive home (tires were rotated as part of the service). Called and was told to bring vehicle back in and they would check it. Service rep quickly took the vehicle in and brought it out saying the TPMS started working again but the pressures were WAY off. Took it back in and reset the pressures and everything was correct.

    I found a 2022 Hyundai Sonata Limited on the dealers used inventory listing, however the car was not available locally but was at another location in another state....the vehicle had every extra that Hyundai could install in it and I was impressed with what I read online...since the car was so far away I didn't want the dealer to bring the car to his location unless I thought we could definitely make a deal and so we drove a newer version of the car that weas similar to the used version and they drove 7 and 1/2 hours round trip to bring down for me...after driving the vehicle, I purchased it and am very happy with the car, the dealer, and the transaction.
