Dealership Service Review
My car sat at the dealership for 3 months after my appointment just to get into rotation to be looked at. Then took almost another 3 months to get the recalls fixed. They gave me very little communications. I called often for an update and was never able to get in touch with anyone. I left multiple messages and never a return call. Then the last month that my car was there, I was only able to find anything on the progress was text message only. Even then it was hit or miss on getting a text back. After my motor was finished and released back to us. The engine light was on. Mind you, it has a brand new motor put in. This is why it was at the dealership. Would not recommend ever having work done at this dealership.
