  • Wonderful experience.

    5 out of 5 starsby acuraowner15 on 10/03/2017

It was a pleasure for us to do business with Jackson Acura. The salesman, Cheige Manai, went out of his way to help us and explain the features of the car we bought. Patrick was kind as well as Michael St Clair from the business office.
    • Thank you for leaving this great review! It's great to hear you were able to connect with Chege for your car-buying experience!

I recently bought a vehicle from Jackson Acura. The process was made easy because of Patrick McPherson he was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like I was being hustled. He helped my wife and I find the car we needed at the price point we wanted. I was pleased all around with the service and care we received, thank you Patrick and Jackson Acura.

Jackson Acura is what all car dealerships should aspire to be; friendly, professional, and focused on getting the best vehicle for their customer at the best price. It was a pleasure to work with Paul Silverman...5 star, first class! Thank you, Paul & Jackson Acura.

I have been going to Jackson Acura for several years. They have serviced my 2003 TL, 2006 TL, 2008 MDX, and 2015 RDX. They always have knowledgeable advisors and skilled techs. Highly recommend.

  • Such a pleasant experience

5 out of 5 starsby atlantamike on 08/05/2017

After considering Infiniti,Volvo, and Lincoln, we decided on an Acura RDX as our new vehicle. The closest Acura dealer was Jackson Acura. Our Sales Consultant, Paul Silverman, was exceptional throughout the whole purchase, as was Michael St. Clair, Finance Director. Such a pleasant experience.

  • Easy, Painless Experience

    5 out of 5 starsby crystallor02 on 02/28/2017

My fiancee and I were in desperate search for a car. We both work and were using one car for the longest time. We went to a few dealerships before going to Jackson Acura and the experience we had at Jackson Acura was one of the best experience we've had at any dealership. Our sales consultant was CM. He's patient, professional and understands customer's wants and needs. He was more than willing to help us and did everything he could to make us happy. I would definitely refer my friends and family to CM and Jackson Acura. Best experience I've had yet! Also, I'm now a proud owner of a Used 2011 Acura TSX thanks to CM.
    • Thank you for leaving this great review! We're very happy to hear you were able to connect with CM and have a great experience here at Jackson Acura. Enjoy your TSX!

  • Best dealership around!

    5 out of 5 starsby glo_1989 on 02/21/2017

I will never go anywhere else than Jackson Acura when it comes to buying a car. As soon as I walked into the door I felt nothing but great vibes, and that everyone was here to help me. The salespeople weren't trying to sell me a car, they were helping me buy a car. I will recommend all of my friends and family to come to this dealership over the other ones in this area.
  • Terrible service

1 out of 5 starsby Citiboy on 02/11/2017

Had my car serviced a month ago with transmission fluid change. A few days later had the issue of transmission fluid noise. Management insist there is no issue with their service and ask customer to pay for service again. Ridiculous and ripoff!! Stay away as far as you can !!!
  • Awesome Experience

I would have to say this was the best buying experience that I have ever had. I bought a 2014 MDX and it is like brand new.
  • Terrible

    1 out of 5 starsby newhonda2 on 03/29/2015

I'm leaving 1 out of 5, and here's why. Last month, I bought a used car from here, with a paint gouge in the door. I told my salesperson, C.M., that we had a deal if they took care of the paint scratch. He agreed and I bought the car. C.M. explained to me that the paint person does the work outside, and the weather had to be nice. This was understandable, but I had to call them every time to keep following up, and got very few callback requests honored. After 3 weeks, I decided to also speak with the used car manager to get everything resolved in a timely manner. Patrick was very nice on the phone, and although he was going on vacation, he took ownership of my issue and passed my info to Dmitry, who was supposed to call me that afternoon or the next day. About 4 days later, after not hearing from Dmitry, I called to again try to arrange the paint work. Dmitry told me to come by Friday and they would take care of it. I asked for some details about the process, as I was concerned that painting outside with the pollen might be problematic. Dmitry said, "The guy does a great job, you won't even be able to tell". That sounded great to me, so I brought my car today. Dmitry asked for my keys and I said I would like to go wait where the car was being painted because I was working remotely, and may need to retrieve items from my car while it dried. Dmitry told me I couldn't accompany my car to the location, and he refused tell me where my car was going when I asked. I said if my car is going to a body shop, why is it a big deal for me to go wait at the location? At this point, Dmitry got really defensive and started arguing with me. THIS WAS AN IMMEDIATE RED FLAG. I expressed that I was uncomfortable sitting at the dealership for an indeterminate amount of time, while I didn't know where my car was. I also expressed concerns about the body shop being used, as MAACO is right down the street, and they are notoriously bad at what they do. Then Dmitry starts arguing with me and telling me this is basically how it works. I told him this was unacceptable for me and we would need to consider another option. At this point, he continued arguing with me, including in front of customers out front, and got on the phone with someone, I assume the paint guy. Finally, the paint guy shows up, but he took my car off site to do the work. When it came back, it was far from what was promised. Not only is the paint not matched correctly, it was obviously smeared on with the touch up brush, and it's not even smooth. Rough and uneven. I have done better touch up jobs in my driveway, but went out of my way to let a professional do it this time because it was in a very visible spot and it was larger than usual. I thought for sure with their experience, it would be better than what I could do, so I brought it to them on Dmitry's word, which was that "I wouldn't even be able to tell." 1 star is pretty fair. First, because I had to chase them on the phone for 3 weeks to get someone to take ownership of the problem. Secondly, Dmitry was not professional about the situation at all, and had a rude attitude with me when I questioned the details. Third, the actual work is not good. It is not even close to professional. If I had any idea it was going to be this bad, I would have done it myself. When I showed other people the work, the most common reaction was, "A body shop guy did that?!?!" The only real redeeming parts of the experience were that C.M. and Patrick were both cool and professional with me. As it is, this has cost me a day out of work, and now the cost of taking it to a reputable body shop to finally make it right. Very disappointed. I gave them all the chances to make this right, and I was very patient. With all of the positive reviews here, I was really hoping for a better experience. I gave them so many chances to make it right, and they basically spit in my face. The experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for Jackson Acura.

  • WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

    1 out of 5 starsby bella551 on 08/12/2014

I recently purchased a lightly used MDX from Jackson Acura. The entire experience from beginning to end was the worst I've ever had at any dealership. They were lucky - the only reason I purchased a vehicle from them was because they just happened to have the car I was looking for in the colors I wanted and at a slightly used price that no one else had. The first time I stopped in, no one greeted us and we just looked around. I wanted to test drive and the salesman (I won't name) just sat in the back the entire ride. He only offered information if we asked. Otherwise, he was on his cell phone and actually took a personal call! After we finished, he let us look at it and said, "OK thanks". He could take it or leave it. We agreed not to buy from them. However, when they received the used car I had been wanting, I decided to give them one more chance. We came in, this time the same salesperson a little more friendly but still the same attitude. When I came in a few days later, check in hand to pay CASH, the guy my salesperson referred me to wasn't there. We walked into another guy's office and he just sat there and said, "Yeah?" I said I was there to pay for the vehicle. He said, "OK...? And....?" I made a face and said the man I was looking for wasn't in yet. He said, "I guess I'll do it then." Now I should have just turned and walked out. Seriously?!? We finally finished, they didn't ask me anything or say thank you, and handed me the keys. I will NOT get serviced there in the future!!
  • Best Acura Dealership in Atlanta metro area

    4.6 out of 5 starsby freeexone76 on 07/31/2010

This was the best new car purchase I have ever experienced. Jim Duncan took his time to answer all of my questions and review the features of the vehicle to my satisfaction. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever been through. Not once was I pressured, hassled, or aggravated. Jim, and this dealership, really went above and beyond on every aspect during my purchase. I would highly recommend you work with Jim if you are about to purchase a new Acura. The sales process took just over three (3) hours to complete. It will probably be shorter for most, but I many questions and took my time. Was never rushed, not once. The Finance Department really explained all the options thoroughly to my satisfaction and only recommended offerings that would actually benefit me. If I declined an offer, they did push back. Didn't get exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, but in the end it was all worked out and I was happy with the pricing of everything as a whole.
  • Great Experience

4.4 out of 5 starsby christied on 07/23/2010

I requested quotes from several Acura Dealerships through Edmunds for a 2010 TL and received the lowest quote from Paul at Jackson Acura. I had another dealer lower his quote so that he was less than Jackson Acura and they matched the quote. It was a great experience working with Paul! He was very considerate and takes good care of you. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
  • Acura Jackson - June 2010 Acura TL recent purchase Purchase

4.8 out of 5 starsby jaytl on 07/13/2010

Thank-you Jim Duncan and the rest of Acura Jackson (Roswell, Ga) staff Paul and Mike in my recent purchase of Acura 2010 TL . Can't express what an excellent buying experience it was , A+ job from start to finish . This included trade-in of an aging Honda accord, a fair offer -and even made several arrangements available to me pre trade-in. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jim and Paul clearly reviewed all car options/features and went as far as to preset any personalized tech features of the TL after the final purchase. After all the homework was done and visiting with many local Roswell dealerships, I felt Acura Jackson had the overall the superior staff, service center and value. Absolutely no pressure , which was a refreshing change from previous car purchases. I have followed up with Acura staff with several questions post-sale and is always extremely responsive and helpful. Its nice to know, can always count on. Thanks again , outstanding job! It is apparent the Acura staff stands behind every vehicle on the lot. Jim - Carol and I will definitely be back, we will see you around 238,000 miles,.... plan on driving it to the moon.
  • Best Experience Ever Buying a Car

    5 out of 5 starsby wood10 on 07/05/2010

My husband went online to request quotes from dealerships in our areas for Audis, Lexus, and Acura. Lexus never replied. Audi sent an email and the Acura by our home never replied or called. However, right away we received an email and a courtesy call from Jackson Acura. Paul invited us to see and test the cars so we drove the 15 miles (remember, another Acura dealership was only 3 miles from the house). We were treated great! People were friendly, helpful and at no time did we feel pressured into buying. They were very patient! We were allowed to take all the time we needed. I drive tested 2 different vehicles because I was not sure what I wanted and I picked an MDX. The dealership was clean, comfortable and with several amenities: business suites, lounge with big TV, Starbucks bar and even the shop was impecable. Sales people were great! Since I added some upgrades to the car, it could not be picked up until the next day. They even offered to deliver the car to my home. Thank you Jackson Acura!
  • The worst experience at a dealership ever

1 out of 5 starsby lissy on 05/25/2010

I was treated as if i was a child! The GM tried to tell me that the sticker price was the lowest they could go.- yeah sure. I have never felt so uncomfortable. They laid it on thick and the cliche for car salesmen was true in this case. Slimy, sleazy, lies and untrustworthy. They go on and on about how you will never find a lower price and "if we lower the price anymore it would cost us money" that is total crap. I bought a car same make and model with less milage and had navigation for over $3000 less somewhere else. Would not be surprised if all of the positive reviews were written by the dealership.
  • Buyer Beware

    2.5 out of 5 starsby professional55 on 05/19/2010

I invested a lot of time trying to purchase a used car from Jackson Acura, and I came to regret it. Ultimately I took my business elsewhere. Their actions included: - making false verbal promises. They promised they would fix a malfunctioning electric window, and later they claimed that they *had* fixed that window. Later, they admitted it was still broken -- and then offered to fix it for $306! They also promised to have floor mats in the car. Later they offered to sell me mats for $108. Basically, their verbal promises were not at all reliable. - wasting my time. It took me a half-day to go to their dealership. Once I was there (and they presumably figured I was invested in the purchase,) they changed their offer. I walked out, but it cost me a lot of time. - changing salesmen. The salesmen with whom I spent a lot of time talking and negotiating ultimately did not have authority to sign off on a deal. So once we reached an agreement, the salesman took it to the boss, where it was casually rejected. I lost a day from work. The solution: First, take your business elsewhere if you can. (Or just don't negotiate and accept what they offer, since their "negotiations" mostly consisted in smoke and mirrors.) Second, communicate with them in writing. Once it became clear that their words were not reliable, I faxed them my offer (which listed our verbal agreement.) At that point they did fax back their written offer -- which was $700 more than our verbal agreement.Without this exchange of written offers, I might have only seen the final price after I paid up. Let me finish on a positive note: - The used car they were selling seemed like a good car at an attractive price. If I had simply bought the car as is and asked nothing of them (windows, mats, fob, slight reduction in price,) the deal would have been acceptable. Since they don't negotiate reliably, a buyer should be willing to simply buy or leave. - They did ultimately fax me their counter-offer. That really made things more transparent. I recommend this approach to anyone buying a car. In summary, the sales team at Jackson Acura did not honor verbal commitments, and they wasted my time. I don't know how well they service cars, but I don't have full trust in them to do good work. Ultimately, I bought from a private party on Craigslist. ###
  • Unprofessional Service Advisor Shaleem Farhat

1 out of 5 starsby lailamorrow on 03/11/2010

After giving service advisor Shaleem Farhat a low service review, he called me (the customer) to confront me. I have been dealing with bad customer service at Jackson Acura, but this took it to a new low. I found Mr. Farhat to be very unprofessional and down right rude. What happened to the customer is always right? I will no longer take my car to Jackson Acura Service Department. I will find help elsewhere.
  • Highly recommended

4.6 out of 5 starsby fatwallet on 08/13/2009

I tried almost all dealers in town for my 2009 MDX. I got the best price from Jackson Acura. But that's not why I am giving them 5 stars. See, I think price can still be negotiated anywhere, if you are savvy enough. It's about customer satisfaction. I was treated with respect. To me that's big. I want a salesman to not think...wow got another scapegoat and pull tricks on me. The thing I hate most about the sales people is when they try to daze you with numbers and math and back and fro trips from Sales Manager's office. They want you tired and exhausted and big jargon of crazy mathematics, to prove that their number is the best one. The sales person I dealt with knew that consumers nowadays are smart. They do their homework on Edmunds/KBB. They know about dealer holdbacks, incentives etc. He treated me with respect. His first offer was impressive as well. I could tell he meant business and not waste either one of ours time. The entire haggling process took like 30 minutes and we got the car. Believe me, the price I got is unbeatable. So it's not that I let him go easy. He was persistent with his quote, but could see I have paperwork to prove he is still making money and my offer is generous to let him earn some, and make me get a deal too. Win win on both sides. Very courteous as well. PS: I tried dealing with Jackson's internet sales as well. That department wasn't that good. They didn't want to give me any numbers on email. Just wanted me to call. In person, I had a much better experience. I did not go to the person from their Internet sales. Just went in the dealership and asked somebody to help me.
  • No Competition in Atlanta Metro Area

4.6 out of 5 starsby hillbdub on 07/28/2009

Great facility, personable sales staff, and competitive pricing. Recently bought a 2009 MDX and after going to 3 other local dealers, Jackson's offer was the best by far (no hidden fees). Didn't do a lot of haggling back and forth. Jackson got low and the others weren't willing to beat or match their price. Now in the process of purchasing a new TL, once again Jackson is the leader. the second purchase has inlcuded a trade but Jackson gave me the value I was expecting.
    • I am in the market for MDX with tech package. How much did you pay for your MDX? You may email me as well at sitasummers at google's email service dot com.

  • AVOID AT ALL COST, VERY EAGER TO TACK ON "FEES"

1.6 out of 5 starsby bjtilley on 07/28/2009

Traveled from TN to purchase a used Hummer I had noticed on ebay. Had been negotiating for several days with Ebay manager concerning my trade. Agreed on an out the door price for the H3. Arrived about one half an hour late but everything seemed OK. Finance person had a few mistakes on his contract but I continued with the transaction he was in a hurry since it was late and so was I. After returning to TN I discovered that Jackson Acura had added a $399.00 dealer fee although the Ebay manager had agreed to an "OUT THE DOOR" price. I contacted Mike Nickerson and after several phone calls his response was you have already signed the contract. So much for Jackson Acura I feel they do not keep their promises. I n my opinion they dazzle you with a smile and BS while slipping a knife into your back
