Jackson Acura
Dealership Sales Review
I tried almost all dealers in town for my 2009 MDX. I got the best price from Jackson Acura. But that's not why I am giving them 5 stars. See, I think price can still be negotiated anywhere, if you are savvy enough. It's about customer satisfaction. I was treated with respect. To me that's big. I want a salesman to not think...wow got another scapegoat and pull tricks on me. The thing I hate most about the sales people is when they try to daze you with numbers and math and back and fro trips from Sales Manager's office. They want you tired and exhausted and big jargon of crazy mathematics, to prove that their number is the best one. The sales person I dealt with knew that consumers nowadays are smart. They do their homework on Edmunds/KBB. They know about dealer holdbacks, incentives etc. He treated me with respect. His first offer was impressive as well. I could tell he meant business and not waste either one of ours time. The entire haggling process took like 30 minutes and we got the car. Believe me, the price I got is unbeatable. So it's not that I let him go easy. He was persistent with his quote, but could see I have paperwork to prove he is still making money and my offer is generous to let him earn some, and make me get a deal too. Win win on both sides. Very courteous as well. PS: I tried dealing with Jackson's internet sales as well. That department wasn't that good. They didn't want to give me any numbers on email. Just wanted me to call. In person, I had a much better experience. I did not go to the person from their Internet sales. Just went in the dealership and asked somebody to help me.
