First class treatment from the moment I stepped in the showroom, Jason Cranford and Brian Draughon did everything they could to make experience all that anyone can want when buying a new vehicle. I was able to make a purchase that I feel very happy with. These two guys went above and beyond to insure I found the correct vehicle I wanted.

    On March 8th, I called Butler Chevy for service on my brand new Silverado 1500 High Country. The girl at the service counter told me that I need to make appointment as its under warranty. I made appointment for. March 20th. I dropped off my truck at 9 am. After three days, I went to inquire about the repairs and I was told that they haven’t looked at my truck yet. Now what I is the point of booking an appointment if you are not going to look at the truck after 3 days. This is pathetic service. In contrast , I took my truck to volume Chevrolet in Forsyth. They booked my appointment for Monday march 28th. They checked everything and out of there in a hour. Now that is called a great service. That’s how you win new customers. They are my Chevy dealer from now on. Your dealership lost my business for the future.

    On Wednesday, 6 May 2022, I took my 2017 Chevrolet Equinox for a complete service and multi-point inspection. On arrival, I was informed that due to a limited-service staff, I could only receive an oil change. On Friday, 13 May 2022, my vehicle would not start. I called AAA who arrived and got the car started and was told that I might need a battery. I went to Butler Chevrolet on Riverside Drive to purchase a new battery. The battery was installed in 25 minutes at a cost of $135.99 with a charge of $200.00 for labor and $40.34 shop charge for repair order. I feel that the cost was extraordinary. Calling around to other dealers, the cost for a battery replacement quoted was $100.00-$125.00 less than the services paid to Butler Chevrolet. In the past the services I received from Butler Chevrolet was top notch but I am reluctant to trusting services on my vehicle at this time.
    • Mr. Linsey we apologize for the market being the way it is right now . We value you as a customer but wanted to point out the obvious to you . The labor was 135.00 which you have to take half the air filter and other components off to get to it the battery . and the battery was only 200.00 not the 135.00 quoted earlier . we do understand that the prices have went up but we are more competitive than most dealers in our market . the cost for this repair would have been 100 higher at our competitor's place . Once again we apologize for high prices just somethings are out of our control . Hope to see you and thanks for the business.
