Dealership Service Review
On March 8th, I called Butler Chevy for service on my brand new Silverado 1500 High Country. The girl at the service counter told me that I need to make appointment as its under warranty. I made appointment for. March 20th. I dropped off my truck at 9 am. After three days, I went to inquire about the repairs and I was told that they haven’t looked at my truck yet. Now what I is the point of booking an appointment if you are not going to look at the truck after 3 days. This is pathetic service. In contrast , I took my truck to volume Chevrolet in Forsyth. They booked my appointment for Monday march 28th. They checked everything and out of there in a hour. Now that is called a great service. That’s how you win new customers. They are my Chevy dealer from now on. Your dealership lost my business for the future.
