While they were replacing my oil the gentleman who worked with me (Jared) also discovered that I had a recall on my oil life sensor. They also… discovered that both my tag lights were out. I also had a nice chat with Billy A., the salesman that sold me Equinox. I have changed jobs, so this dealership is no longer "on my way," but I will remain loyal to them. And I guarantee that I will purchase my next vehicle from John Thornton Chevrolet!Another A+ experience at John Thornton

I was met with a smile and a handshake from Jarod and Chris in the service department and from Billy on the showroom. My only negative… remark does not reflect in any way on the dealership: and that is that my seat lumbar support which already required service once before, was not covered under warranty when it broke this time. Jarod could not have been any more polite when he told me and I could hear the sincere regret in his voice. I swear, I feel like everyone at John Thornton Chevy treats me like a family member.Four Years of Excellent Service

I no longer work in Douglasville, so John Thornton Chevrolet is kind of out of my way. But I would never even consider taking my… vehilce anywhere else. Chris was attentive, professional and courteous. I have had nothing but excellent customer service from this dealership for the four years I have been coming there. I would never think of going anywhere else. Also, I ran into Billy, the gentleman who sold me my Equinox. It is nice to see salesmen still working in the same dealership. To me, it shows that the dealership also takes care of its employees.Great service Dealership
