It was just a routine oil change, but -- as always -- I was treated as a valued customer. While they were replacing my oil the gentleman who worked with me (Jared) also discovered that I had a recall on my oil life sensor. They also discovered that both my tag lights were out. I also had a nice chat with Billy A., the salesman that sold me Equinox. I have changed jobs, so this dealership is no longer "on my way," but I will remain loyal to them. And I guarantee that I will purchase my next vehicle from John Thornton Chevrolet!
