    I came to get my oil changed (which is cheaper than most oil change places ), tires rotated, and a 4 wheel alignment. Wait was a bit long when I had an appointment but I had access to free coffee and wifi while I waited. The room was clean, the chairs were mostly comfortable, and Chris (my service manager) was awesome as always.

    My experience with setting my appointment online was not a good experience.I made appointment and got to the service counter and they told me it did not take in the system that I just need to call.

    I had a great experience, from the person who greeted us at the door to our finance guy Steve. Dan our sales person was awesome. We will definitely be back for our car buying needs in the future.

    Mark Fulton is an excellent employee! Since I've bought my Spatk he's helped me with my service needs. He is very knowledgeable and reliable when it comes to my auto needs. I would recommend him for employee of the month if you all do such a thing. I will definitely continue coming to John Thorton service center.

    Dan Battle at John Thorton Chevrolet was the best car salesmen I have ever seen,he listen to every need I had not talked over me and suggest what he thought was the best for me. So if you ever need a brand new car Dan is the man!!

    This was an ordered vehicle purchase, with some dealer-installed Chevrolet accessory parts. My salesman kept me informed throughout the process over the two months from early November when I placed the order to delivery. The dealership worked with me to determine the deal that was best for my situation (GM Card rebate or GM Supplier Discount). There were no surprises, as I've come to expect, with this being my 9th new Chevrolet purchase from Thornton since 2005.

    My experience was fine.I made an appointment a month in advance and I had to wait an hour and 30 minutes for a recall on a component for my ignition key.

    I've been a customer of John Thornton Chevrolet for over 27 years. Do I REALLY need to say more than that? While at my last visit the other day, I did get a chance to speak to a young lady who had just bought her first car at the CarMax deal next door a few months prior. She had it in at Thornton's shop for recall service work. It was a 2012 Malibu. I took the time to tell her why I have been a very dedicated and loyal customer for iver 27 years. Nuff said!

    The salesman, finance manager and other staff members that I came in contact with were professional, courteous and friendly. They were very attentive to my need, which made my buying experience excellent. The entire process was very organized, systematic and thorough. I rate John Thornton Chevrolet 10 and 5 stars for excellent customer service, which should be a model for the industry, excellent automobiles, and an immaculately clean and attractive facility. I would highly recommend this dealership!

    I had been looking for the perfect Malibu at the perfect price for over 6 months. I had went to every chevy dealership in the atlanta area. And none of them could deliver what I wanted. Walked into John Thornton about a month about and was greeted by Dan Battle. He worked hard to find me the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted. He was so kind. I never felt any pressure to buy something that I didnt want. Im a flight attendant and not home very often. Dan made sure that wasn't an issue. He emailed and called with any information that I may have needed. Working with Dan has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. And with going to 3+ dealers in the Atlanta area I have experienced a lot. Dan is a great person as well as salesman. He genuinely cares about your wellbeing and putting you in the right car that will make you happy. Thanks Dan Battle and John Thornton Chevy for finding me the right car at the right price..

    I had set up an appointment to take care of a recall notice (elec. parking brake, 2014 Impala) and had a normal oil change and tire rotation done as well during this visit. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time, and the staff was expecting me, with the car taken back to the shop immediately. While I was in no particular hurry, everything was completed in about 90 minutes, exceeding my expectations.

    Jerry was great! He took charge of the problem and got the mechanics to fix it right away. He called me as soon as the vehicle was fixed and even arranged for us to pick it after working ours.From 1 to 10 the service from Chevrolet is an 12.

    I got there around noon on Saturday not realizing that the automotive closes early on Saturday. Thankfully, the Technician took me in got my oil changed and tire rotated. My husband has been trying to get me to go to those 10 minute oil change places and I just don't feel safe. When I come there I am confident that John Chevy is going to do a good job and besides the service is awesome!!!!

    I just purchased my car 2 weeks ago and was already getting alerts about tire pressure so I stopped by the JT dealership to have them take a look. the guys were friendly and when the tech walked to my car with me it took 2 seconds for him to spot the problem. He explained my options and escorted me to the waiting area. He informed me they were busy and it would be about a 1 1/2 hour wait. they took care of me in 45 minutes. it was a pleasant experience over all.

    At the time of my scheduled visit, the needed part for my vehicle was not in stock. Instead of asking me to return another day, the staff provided me with a rental. I thought that was excellent customer service!!

    Generally I have always had a good experience, but this time was exceptional. Chris went above what was expected and provided excellent customer service. I will recommend him and Thornton Chevrolet to family and friends. Chris made it feel like he wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Excellent job!!
