Dealership Service Review
I was not happy with the service provided. I went in at 12:45 (with an appointment), for an oil change and brakes, my car was given back to me at 5:30pm. When my car was given back to me, the trunk cover handle was broken and looked like someone when thru my car looking for something. My driver side door pocket looked like it was ransacked, someone took out cigarettes from my pack lying in the door. My glove box was totally up side down and the few napkins that I had in there were spread on the passenger side seat. To date. No one was up front about the broken trunk cover handle. To date I have been the one calling and no one has called me back to make me believe that they are truly interested in replacing it. But if I wont have opened the trunk I wont have found out that it was broken. Plus the car was washed and cleaned from the side, but looked like someone just wiped it from the front.
