    Subaru of Kennesaw has been an outstanding sales and service provider for five automobiles now in my family. This time Morris Kleinman helped me find exactly the car I wanted, needed, and could afford. He made sound recommendations on the extras that Subaru has to offer. It was exciting and fun, the way car buying should be. Go buy a Subaru in Kennesaw! Ask for Morris!

    We were over an hour away from the dealership and showed up an hour before close. Everyone was so amazing and we left in our new Subaru Outback Wilderness. Mr Kurland was a wonderful salesman and my twins were entertained by the receptionist during the long process! I was very impressed by Subaru of Kennesaw!

    Our sales woman Stephanie was amazing. Not at all pushy and very patient. We took several months to explore which Subaru Ascent trim was the right fit and price. Stephanie helped us explore our options and gave us the time and space we needed to make a decision while informing us of updates on what was coming in stock. The finance process was fast and painless. Everyone from sales to finance to warrantee all communicated and the deal was wrapped up with our expectations met. Well done Kennesaw Subaru

    Purchased a 2023 Subaru Forester Sport with Crystal White Pearl Paint and cool orange accents. This is our 2nd purchase from Subaru of Kennesaw, and like our 1st purchase, everything went smoothly. Why? Because they aren't pushy, don't try to talk you into something you don't want. They show you the vehicle your interested in, let you drive it, explain the features, ask if you have questions and let you decide when you're ready to buy. They let you know the different options, and let you decide what is right for you. Also their service department is always friendly and helpful! That's why we came back to purchase our 2nd vehicle from them.

    My ’23 Forester Premium makes Subaru number 3 for me. Subaru of Kennesaw made car buying easy with no pressure, plenty of resources to decide about your purchase & a helpful staff when the time is right. I looked at other makes, but never got the same feel of comfort that I did with Subaru of Kennesaw. From an initial visit in February to an order placed in late June, there was never any pressure. Stephanie Nathanael showed me cars, answered questions and guided me in my purchase. The Subaru website and dealer website are excellent research resources to make a very informed decision about what you want for a model, trim, as well as option packages. I utilized the dealer website to pick from the inventory, but knew that it lacked a few accessories that were easy to add through the Accessory Catalog in the Parts & Service tab on the Subaru of Kennesaw site after placing my order. My car took about 2/3 weeks to arrive & my accessory order was waiting. Stephanie and Matt from parts let me know about each step in the final process. Taking delivery was simple with no hidden fees, adjustments or mark-ups & explained thoroughly by Bill Scarbrough. If you want a quality vehicle and a good sales experience, give Subaru of Kennesaw a look.

    Entire buying experience was the best I have ever had in 50+ years of car buying. Ralph Kurland and the entire staff were very good to work with. They know the vehicles and take pride in the products that Subaru offers. Totally helpful, pleasant and engaging. Never pushy and very patient. I highly recommend them.

    The sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Listened to our needs and situation. The sales team members we dealt with were pleasant without being pushy. They didn't mind questions and made sure we understood the answers. The handling of the sales contract paperwork was quite smooth and also professionally done. Everyone we met helped make an otherwise stressful time seem joyful.

    This was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase we have ever made. We were made to feel at home. There was no pressure to buy. I wasn't there to buy a vehicle yet, just look, but we wound up buying the nicest vehicle we have ever owned. Cliff Richardson was our sales person and we couldn't have asked for a nicer person to do business with. They made the whole process very enjoyable. Thanks.

    Gosh. I do want to keep this succinct to be helpful for prospective buyers. For that reason, not ALL issues will be addressed. ***USED BUYERS BEWARE***. If buying ANYTHING from this dealership other than a Subaru, their service department does not have the tech nor do they take it to the respective specialized dealership for even a basic multi-point inspection. While reviewing photos, I saw the 2016 Cayenne I purchased had a damaged headlight. I was told by my salesperson who happened to be the ONLY person in the building with integrity that'd it'd be fixed before sold. After a 4 hour computer glitch had me sitting (traveled from NC to GA to pick up the car) I headed to the hotel. The car was sold with 17 miles of gas, the oil with 28 days of life, a skipped service,TWO non-working headlights (probably not legal and a $12,000 replacement cost), an exhaust failure (due to the broken gas cap - another state inspection fail), and 3 tire valve stem caps missing. Sound organized, thorough, and professional? The service team tried to hide the damage.The service manager had an email reply to me that included something sent to him on accident by another agent I spoke with. The rep. chastised me behind my back for being concerned about the issues and said "that's what the warranty is for". That same rep. over the phone after confirming with him that they do not often take foreign cars on trade-in (Porsche, Audi, etc.) remarked how his tech's do not possess on-site the technology to review these vehicles. When asked if they take them locally to a dealer with the tools to do the review, he stated they didn't. I asked, being apparently more versed in Porsche's than they were... how would they know if anything was wrong with the car? He didn't have an answer. When speaking with the service manager on how they can get away with selling used vehicles without inspections, he stated I could return the vehicle as had they known about all the issues, they'd have "auctioned the vehicle for parts". LOL. I almost had no words (and I already spent $6k at my local Porsche replacing a pair of bad brakes and other safety/compliance items missed by Subaru of Kennesaw). If they HAD inspected the car, they'd have "gone a completely different route with it". I was contributed $2500 to put towards the $12k light replacement. Yay. I even have in writing from the service manager that the repairs will be covered/paid by the dealership. I'd win in small claims court against the fraudulent transaction and conduct. But I do NOT have the time for the dramatics of that. I would love to force them to spend $ on lawyers. I can def. afford to pay for a bit of karmic justice. Maybe in the fall. The entire transaction, from the finance gentleman making multiple document errors and not listening to the amounts I requested be put down, to the utter laziness and low integrity of the entire service department should make ALL buyers weary.

    Did most of the transaction online and over the phone which was great but once the car arrived and it was time to drive it and do the rest it was a great experience too. Building is a little cramped but the design flows well overall.

    Probably the most plentiful inventory in town of any make. It was easy to find an Outback that fit our taste. Cliff was attentive without being pushy and while there was little negotiation on price, he made the process durable. After the paperwork, he conducted a very informative test drive orientation explaining the complexities of the vehicle. We trade every two years and the experience was one of our best.

    My buying experience with Subaru of KENNESAW was phenomenal. My sales person, William Howard made the process so seem less. All my concerns and questions were completed addressed. The test drive helped me make my decision which trim level I would want on my Outback. Mr. Howard did a great job pointing out during the test drive how certain features would assist a save thriving experiences.
