Shocking experience
by Deuce021 on 07/12/2017I am always have reservations about dealing with car salesmen. Jody Wardlaw at Hayes was awesome. Straight forward, honest, easy to talk to and no pressure. I saw the truck of interest online worked with Jody via online. He had to… go to another lot of Hayes to get the truck i was interested in. Got me too for my trade in... process was easy and efficient with Jody. I drove 2 hrs to deal with Jody. Awesome deals at Hayes.Great Experience

We did not find the exact 2017 Chrysler Pacifica we wanted, in the right color, on their lot or nearby. So we special-ordered it. Tracy kept us well informed… all along about how the building of our car was going, and the estimated date of delivery. It actually came in two weeks early, which was great. We love the car, and will definitely return to this dealership in the future.Awesome experience!

There were no "high pressured" sales tactics and he and the rest of the Haye's team were open and… transparent in attending to my requests and concerns. I guess to sum it up; I was treated like family and I highly recommend Haye's Chrysler Dodge as the dealership of choice if your looking to get that next new ride.Ted Cromwell is awesome!

My sales Person Josh (highly recommended) Never ONCE pushed me in any direction when purchasing either one of my Vehicles.… Very Helpful and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile even and helped me drive my rental back to Lawrenceville From Gainesville. I don;tknow many sales people who would do that. There service department at both locations is Top Notch. I just call make an appointment and if it takes to long I'll get a daily rental. Financing was a breeze. Again wasnt pressured into anything I didnt feel comfortable with as The 2 Cars I've purchased have been My first ever Vehicle purchases. I couldnt have chosen a better place either. And I know Car dealerships being a former employee at one... Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep has a customer for life.Excellent Experience

They make the car buying experience an actual pleasure and not the high pressure experience of the past. I never feel like I am being taken for a ride (pun intended).… My salesperson Eric has always made sure everything is right and if not, he will make right without having to tell him. Eric, Ruben and the rest of the Hayes Team are top notch and I would highly recommend them if you are in the North Georgia area.Very friendly and helpful

We were surprised to see a few salesmen there add they are usually closed on Sunday. James was very helpful and answered all of our questions.… They honored the trade-in value quoted to us online, sight unseen. James and his manager bent over backwards and accepted a low ball offer for the vehicle we were looking at. I thought they might have laughed us out of the dealership, but they didn't and we drove away in a brand new car. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends in the market.
