Our sales person, Tracy, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not at all pushy. We did not find the exact 2017 Chrysler Pacifica we wanted, in the right color, on their lot or nearby. So we special-ordered it. Tracy kept us well informed all along about how the building of our car was going, and the estimated date of delivery. It actually came in two weeks early, which was great. We love the car, and will definitely return to this dealership in the future.
