He followed up after the sale and came to me to show me some cool things about the new car. The salea manager wanted to play a little… hardball. hence, the 4 star ⭐️ rather than a 5. However, Brian at Hendricks, not only provided me with realistic options in my budget, he also educated me about the wealth of options I had. I got all of the the things… I wanted in my driving experience, with a car model that was in my budget! I was consistently updated on how my purchase was being completed, I never felt bullied and I learned a lot. During that time Ricardo Anthony kept me updated on where I was at on their list and once the order was placed at the… factory let me know where it was at in the process and when to expect delivery. Ricardo walked me thru features and setup of the car when I took delivery and the process went smoothly.
