I called my service technician Justin Lester to tell him about it & to make an appointment. He immediately got me in… the very day. He had already advised me of what it probably was. Sure enough when I came in to get my car seen about, what was wrong was exactly what he had told me the previous day. Justin is very knowledgeable & I trust him. That says a lot for me because it's hard to find someone to trust with your car especially being a female. by Roberta Callaway on 06/04/2023My husband and I found a 2023 Corvette Stingray on Chevy.com's list of "similar vehicles in inventory" after building a Corvette on their website. My husband found a unit with all our desired specifications. He contacted Rick Hendrick… Chevrolet in Duluth, Georgia, because the dealership was 4.5 hours from where we live. Ricardo Anthony answered the phone and answered all our questions about the car. We explained that we would be traveling from another state and inquired about the possibility of securing the vehicle. Ricardo was highly professional and went out of his way to ensure that our experience was stress-free (he sent up-to-date pictures of the car, secured our refundable deposit over the phone, sent payment receipts promptly, and assured us that everything would be ready when we arrived the next day). We drove for 4.5 hours to purchase the car. When we arrived, Ricardo greeted us, explained the process in detail, and answered all of our questions before introducing us to the person we needed to talk to in order to complete the sale. After our paperwork was complete, Ricardo took us to our new car and explained the features in detail. In addition, he took the time to assist us with Appleplay. The total time spent in the dealership was approx. 45 minutes! Ricardo streamlined the process before we arrived. My experience with Ricardo Anthony is beyond words. I am sure your dealership sells numerous vehicles every day. Ricardo made me feel as though I was the only customer you have. He genuinely made me feel as though my vehicle purchase was just as important to him as it was to me and that his number one priority was ensuring I was satisfied with the service and dealership experience. Please extend to him my sincerest appreciation for a job exceptionally well done! It was well worth the hours we spent driving to the dealership to purchase my vehicle.We appreciate your positive review about your recent experience with us! His name is Shon Phillips and will treat you with professional guidance in purchasing your… Corvette. No low balling on your trade in also. The salesman was Miguel Guerrero a very knowledgeable corvette expert. He took care of all the documents and delivered the C8 to my home. Answered all my questions and took time to show me all the features of the car. These two professionals made my experience a real pleasure. I know people who order before be and are still not allocated.… Also my salesman Matthew Dupree kept me updated constantly. Worked with me through the whole process.
