My husband and I found a 2023 Corvette Stingray on Chevy.com's list of "similar vehicles in inventory" after building a Corvette on their website. My husband found a unit with all our desired specifications. He contacted Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Duluth, Georgia, because the dealership was 4.5 hours from where we live. Ricardo Anthony answered the phone and answered all our questions about the car. We explained that we would be traveling from another state and inquired about the possibility of securing the vehicle. Ricardo was highly professional and went out of his way to ensure that our experience was stress-free (he sent up-to-date pictures of the car, secured our refundable deposit over the phone, sent payment receipts promptly, and assured us that everything would be ready when we arrived the next day). We drove for 4.5 hours to purchase the car. When we arrived, Ricardo greeted us, explained the process in detail, and answered all of our questions before introducing us to the person we needed to talk to in order to complete the sale. After our paperwork was complete, Ricardo took us to our new car and explained the features in detail. In addition, he took the time to assist us with Appleplay. The total time spent in the dealership was approx. 45 minutes! Ricardo streamlined the process before we arrived. My experience with Ricardo Anthony is beyond words.
