Troncalli Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

From the first time we met James A, Danny M and Bruce B, we knew we had friends in the auto business. We bought our 3rd vehicle (since last Feburary..3 in a year says something about the sales and service staff) yesterday and Troncalli has made a lifelong customer in us. I can't say enough about the great service department and John R. He's a great person and goes over and beyond to make sure that your experience is positive. I will never forget the many phone calls I got from him one day when my daughters had broken down in Forsyth, GA (Monroe County) en route to Savannah...John R had the car towed back to Troncalli, at no cost to me, called about every 30 minutes to check on my girls..(Until I got to Forsyth to make sure they were ok). I am very impressed at the "over and beyondness" that the whole dealership goes to to make sure that the experience with them is a good one!!!! Troncalli....HITS ANOTHER HOME RUN!
