My boyfriend (Ryan C.) purchased a truck from Troncalli Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in July 2013. Before purchasing the vehicle we noticed sap on the hood and a few other minor repairs that needed to be fixed. Troncalli agreed to reimburse him for the expenses if he took it to a Chrysler dealership in our hometown, so that’s what he did. He then called Troncalli to OK that what the Chrysler dealership estimated would be fully reimbursed, and they assured him it would. Finally, in late December after numerous phone calls and emails, Troncalli said they would send the check. Needless to say he didn’t receive the check. So, he called them to inform them of this. Troncalli then said they don’t have a copy of the bill, after we have already mailed them the bill on two separate occasions. And, How could they have (supposedly) sent the check if they didn’t have a copy of the bill? So, here we are over half a year later with no check. I am completely unimpressed with the service and professionalism of this business and would not recommend it.

Good Day Lauren Altemari and Ryan Caswell; We apologize that you feel that you did not receive a prompt or adequate response when contacting us regarding the issue with the pre-owned truck you purchased from us. As you shopped from Auburn AL, you must have read the hundreds of reviews about our store on the many ratings sites, and made a decision to come see us from that great distance. We do not know who or when you contacted us, but that is not important now. In any case, we dropped the ball and are making it right. Our Pre-owned Director, has spoken with Mr. Caswell. We have the repair invoice, and a check is on its way to you. If you do not have it in your hand by Monday January 27, 2014, please contact me directly. Once you are satisfied, if you would care to post that we did handle the matter once we were aware of the problem on the various sites you posted on, it would be appreciated. Thank you.
