    My service visit was unsatisfactory and I won’t be returning to AutoNation for future needs. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and left paying more than $300. The service tech indicated they would be addressing a recall for my 2019 Volkswagen Atlas and checking other fluids; however, no approval to move forward was granted by me. My fault for dropping off my vehicle and I learned an expensive lesson. Watch out!

    had a great experience with Volkswagen in Columbus Ga. "Auto Nation". Ben was persistent and glad he was . He didn't have what i came for ,but he found the closest thing to it.The price was comparable to others i had looked at, but he worked harder to find just what i wanted. he really wanted to change my choice by showing me other things . But very patient when i said NO.They made the buying very easy..... i will go back and i love my car so far. Just need my owners manual? Thanks Benjamin!!!!

    The staff are friendly and I do believe they -try- to be accommodating. However, I am given false promises at almost every visit. It is already difficult enough for me to get an apt that works with my schedule, but my last apt was finally booked. I expressed my concerns, but was talked into several hundreds of dollars for a service package. I agreed, because I love and really need my car (which I purchased at this location, as well). Three hours into the appointment, I was told they did not have the one single thing I came in for. I was told I would be contacted with a plan to have the part installed. For FOUR business days, I never received a phone call. I called myself on the 4th day and left a message, then called again and was told I would get a call back. Nothing. I am so so very disappointed. I have been loyal to this place, even after purchasing a car from them. I like to stay true to the VW brand, but I may have to have this car serviced elsewhere...

    Had a great buying experience however once it was over we were on our own. Called and came in person to try and find out why didn't have plates even though the temp tags expired in days and no answers. We talked to management who was of no help. Buy here if you want to pay them to handle your tags but want to really do it yourself

  • 90,000 mile service

    These questions are somewhat misleading. I was in for my 90,000 service. No quote was provided beforehand, accurate or otherwise. They were about 20 minutes past when they said they would have it ready. The last service indicated I would need new wiper blades, so I mentioned that when I checked in. They changed the front but not the back. They noted as the car was being pulled around that I was missing a lock lug nut on one of my cars. It looks like they could have put a regular lug nut in its place, instead of just telling me about it. That would have been an inexpensive way to go above and beyond. And always, every time, after I have a 10,000 mile service, it never fails that my check tire pressure light comes on and I have to reset it. The first couple of times that happened it panicked me because I was on the road and didn't know if there was a problem with the tires. Now I know I just need to reset it. Why can't they do that at the time of service? The person greeting me was courteous and professional. The cost seems high to me, but I have no basis for comparison.
