Dealership Service Review
The staff are friendly and I do believe they -try- to be accommodating. However, I am given false promises at almost every visit. It is already difficult enough for me to get an apt that works with my schedule, but my last apt was finally booked. I expressed my concerns, but was talked into several hundreds of dollars for a service package. I agreed, because I love and really need my car (which I purchased at this location, as well). Three hours into the appointment, I was told they did not have the one single thing I came in for. I was told I would be contacted with a plan to have the part installed. For FOUR business days, I never received a phone call. I called myself on the 4th day and left a message, then called again and was told I would get a call back. Nothing. I am so so very disappointed. I have been loyal to this place, even after purchasing a car from them. I like to stay true to the VW brand, but I may have to have this car serviced elsewhere...
