    The young lady that directed me to Trevor has on tight clothes, facial tattoos, and was unfriendly. Trevor did not impress me because he was begging for a great review and had dip in his mouth while dealing with me. Neither one showed any professionalism and did not represent this company well at all. These are the people that represent your business and it’s not a good look at all, in my opinion. I will not be back in the future

    To start my search months ago I visited Autonation Honda to see the 2023 CRV. Terry showed me the car, touched on the highlights and said to let him know if he could help me. No pressure. Visited to buy 6/30/23 and given a good trade-in value. Model I wanted wasn’t on the lot. Easy breezy, Terry and Chase knew exactly what I wanted and six days later a perfect match was delivered. No hassle, I felt understood, and left in my new 2013 Honda CRV EX-L! Third purchase in 5 years (I drive a lot of miles) and will return for the fourth!

    I was EXCEPTIONALLY pleased with my service experience on Monday! My A/C went out Sunday and the temperature was in the 90s. I called Trevor, my Service Advisor, first thing Monday morning and he worked me right in. Trevor is ALWAYS awesome! He keeps me informed every step of the way during the assessment and repair process. He knows me and my warranty info, so he can usually give me a ballpark synopsis of what's possibly going to happen and at what cost over the course of the service. Trevor remembers that I'm going to need transportation to work, so he takes the initiative to get that process started before I arrive, so my wait for transportation is minimal. Trevor is SO considerate of my time and cares about how the service is going to affect me personally (i.e., making sure my A/C got repaired that day, so I wouldn't have a heat stroke due to having to continue driving around in temps that would rival the Sahara Desert!). Honda has a "Champion of Customer Service" in Trevor, which is priceless in my line of work!!! My A/C now works great! THANKS Honda Service Team and THANK YOU Trevor!!!
