Dealership Service Review
I was EXCEPTIONALLY pleased with my service experience on Monday! My A/C went out Sunday and the temperature was in the 90s. I called Trevor, my Service Advisor, first thing Monday morning and he worked me right in. Trevor is ALWAYS awesome! He keeps me informed every step of the way during the assessment and repair process. He knows me and my warranty info, so he can usually give me a ballpark synopsis of what's possibly going to happen and at what cost over the course of the service. Trevor remembers that I'm going to need transportation to work, so he takes the initiative to get that process started before I arrive, so my wait for transportation is minimal. Trevor is SO considerate of my time and cares about how the service is going to affect me personally (i.e., making sure my A/C got repaired that day, so I wouldn't have a heat stroke due to having to continue driving around in temps that would rival the Sahara Desert!). Honda has a "Champion of Customer Service" in Trevor, which is priceless in my line of work!!! My A/C now works great! THANKS Honda Service Team and THANK YOU Trevor!!!
