    I took our truck to a different dealer when it was showing service maintenance. No other problems and yet when I got I back the check engine light came on. They wanted to charge me “2,3,4 hours to diagnose” the problem. I refused and took it to Raul @ AutoNation south Columbus. They figured it out and had me out the door promptly at no charge! AND returned the truck clean! They washed my truck. It’s the little things but seriously it is difficult to find somewhere to take a dually.

    I took my vehicle in for a warranty repair and couldn’t be more pleased with this dealership. Staff was friendly and very professional. My car was repaired in a timely manner while I waited. I did not purchase my vehicle from them but was treated as though I was their best customer.   • Highly dissatisfied and out of $5000!

    Very dissatisfied! I took my Jeep in 2 months ago explaining the issues I was having (overheating and heat coming out cool at times). I ended up being told I needed a new water pump, blend actuator, and coolant flush). The day before I picked it up I was told there was also ticking on the motor and I had to pay an additional 2000 to repair that. My bill totaled $5,143 which I paid happily because my car was back in the shape I needed it to be. Fast forward about a month and 3 weeks later the very SAME problems occurred. I texted the mechanic I went to and let him know I needed to bring it back in because the very same issues were occurring. I brought it back yesterday and he said it was the head gasket and the coat would start at 7000! That means it was the head gasket ALL ALONG and I paid 5000+ dollars for absolutely NOTHING! I wasn’t offered a discount and apology for wasting my money, NOTHING! Now I have to get me a whole new car and lost out on $5000! This is unfair.

    Had appt at 10. Was done at 1230. They claimed it was in detail, however they didn't wash it because "it's expensive and didn't want the detail guys to scratch it", said they only vacuumed. Well the dirt was still on the passenger side. They only vacuumed the driver side and nothing else. So oil change, tire rotation and vacuum driver floor board took 2.5 hrs with an appointment. Very disappointed.
