I had the best experience at Hendrick Chevrolet of Buford thanks to my salesman, Dario Carter. From the start, Dario was fantastic at walking me through the details of the Suburban I was interested in. He was extremely communicative, answered all of my questions, and followed up on everything I needed without me ever having to ask twice. The entire buying process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Dario made sure everything was handled flawlessly from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Suburban. Thank you, Dario, for making this such a great experience! Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

He followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I was satisfied. Companies do not do that anymore. I was impressed!

    Thanks Kyle Lovett. With NOT SO perfect of a Credit Score, Kyle, my sales rep, was able to get me into the Exact Vehicle i Wanted. He Recommended other Vehicles that he thought would be best for me to Start out with, BUT, still Ended giving me What i wanted. Great Customer Service. Great Experience. Mr. Lovett and His Team are the Best!

    I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Buford, GA. It was a great experience. The salesperson Calvin Mueller was very helpful and great to work with. He found the car that I wanted at the right price and made the car buying process easy. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

    This is my second car that I bought from Rick Hendricks. I absolutely loved both experiences. Last year I was able to purchase a 2014 Malibu. It was my first brand new car. When everyone else said no Rick's found a way to say yes. My intrest was high but it allowed me to prove my worthiness. About two weeks ago Calvin Muller called me and promised that he could get me a better intrest rate since I've been paying so well. So, I decided to give them another try. I was able to get my dream car 2015 Camaro and my intrest went from 20.3% to a 3.8%. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Thanks you guys for all of your help and support. When everyone else said "NO" :-( Rick's said "YES" :-p

    Bought a new 2015 camaro from the guys in buford and I must say I was treated with respect and the people there are great at what they do.. Mr kniffin (hope I spelled that right) was a awesome help before during and even after the sell.. I couldn't be more happy thanx guys

    Recently purchased a new to me 2013 Equinox, and had the pleasure of working with Sandy Fordham. I usually don't have a great opinion of auto dealerships, however Sandy has changed me about Hendricks' anyway. Working with Sandy with his exceptional knowledge, experience and courtesy we were able to complete all the required steps/paperwork to out the door in a single day. Fantastic job Sandy.

    We came in and visited with Colton over a month ago, he was polite, friendly and showed us several vehicles. We told him we were a few months out and he didn't pressure us. We stayed in contact and when we came back to purchase he had the truck we wanted ready to go!

    I had brought my 2005 Chevrolet Corvette into the Service Center for some serious repairs and issues. The car has 158k miles of daily driving, recreational and spirited driving memories on her. I had recently paid off the loan for her and of course she needed some repairs. While receiving excellent customer service and a courtesy automobile from the dealership, I was 'Dreaming' and 'Lusting' after new vehicles online. I noticed a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Stimgray Z51 3LT beauty in my Autotrader and Chevrolet online searches. It just happened that this beauty was located at the same dealership where I was receiving service. So I scheduled an appointment with a Sales representative that night. We talked and shared stories, wants and concerns. He showed me the beauty and I fell in Love. We exchanged the usual information required in an automobile purchase. He and the staff ran the financial numbers several times until an equatable deal was made. We agreed, performed paperwork and was presented with keys to my beauty's heart. He showed me the fundamental functions and resources available with my beauty. I rode home happy and content with my new beauty. I came back the following weekend to retrieve my 2005 and was happy with the customer service and great work performed upon her. Thank You!!! I cannot get this Grin off my face!

    I was in dire need of a 3rd row SUV and had been shopping for weeks. They were tremendously helpful in getting my payments in my micro budget. I hadn't had to pay for a car in years and was so nervous to have to start all over again. I ended up buying a Durango from Laila and Rod. I didn't even have a ride to the dealership and I'm so thankful that they picked me up from my home, which is an hour away. This was the best experience I'd ever had buying a car. I've already referred my sister to this dealership and she bought a Cruze from them. Thanks so much to Todd and Max for helping my sister buy a car, too.

    Kelvin Endee was a nice guy to work with. He's very funny but also very professional. We purchased a 2015 Camaro. My credit isn't the best but he got us a great deal!

    Max made this the best car buying experience I have every had. He explained everything and he made me feel like I was a queen. When you have credit and financial challenges the last thing you want to do is go into a dealership and feel like you are less of a person. Max truly made my day along with Cory the finance manager. They were both very helpful and great to work with. I love Rick Hendricks Chevrolet!

    Hendrick Chevy of Buford was the first to follow up with me about a trade-in and new purchase of 3 dealers. Their customer support team set up the first meeting for an appraisal of my trade-in which provided no wait time for me. In the past, dealers have held my keys ransom for hours on end. Frank Brothers had my key to my car no more than 15 minutes! I appreciate the respect of my time and property. Colton Behrle did not take me through the lot looking and browsing. He listened to my needs and brought the exact car I described to the doorstep for my inspection and test drive. Frank Brothers worked with me on the deal in a respectful, how can I help you get this car today manner. They were more than fair with the trade-in of my car! The staff were incredibly personable. You could tell they were a team. They made the entire experience fun. My friends say, how can you have fun buying a car, and I say, go to Rick Hendrix Chevy of Buford and you will see. They create excitement and do everything possible to make your new car dream come true. Brandon Mouzakis, who call smiley, finished all the financing with a smile, cheer, chocolate, and fun closing announcement over the loud speaker.     I had the absolute best experience with my salesperson, Laila G. She braved the cold weather for me. I didn't have to walk the huge car lot they have. I had my guard up because the last thing I wanted was to be 'sold.' She listened to my needs, which impressed me so much. I've purchased plenty of cars before, but have never had an experience this good with a purchase. I am completely satisfied.

    Just like all other sales experiences, I was told half truths. I want to express the fact that in the beginning, I was treated very well. Red carpet treatment. i have dealt with (3) people total from Rick Hendricks. Sandy Fordham ( salesman ), Todd ( finance ), and Corey Ricks ( finance manager ). When I was buying my NEW 2014 truck, I was told the vehicle came with GPS as (1) of the upgrades. This coming after the fact that the truck that was delivered was an upgraded version from the one I wanted. Not to worry, because they were going to give me that truck at the same price as the one I originally wanted. During the closing process I was asked if i needed to add any extra insurance. once i said no, there was another manager ( name not known ) that came in and said they were going to give me a service extension on the vehicle ( covered by them ) because they really had to push these. ( MY FIRST CLUE ) (3) weeks later i noticed paint chipping from the passenger side door. I called Sandy Forham, my salesman, who told me that it was covered by my warranty. Just to come in. When i can in to have them look at the door I talked to Corey Ricks about the GPS. I noticed that the truck did indeed have GPS but it was through ON-STAR ( a billable item ) and once my free (3) month service was up, I would no longer have GPS. I asked Corey Ricks about this and he said he was sorry, but i was told the wrong thing and the GPS could be fixed for a small fee. After he looked at the door he went to talk to his manager about the GPS issue. On his return I was told he wouldn't fix the issue, that I would have to pay 1,300.00, even through he admits I was told incorrectly. He wanted to pay my ON-STAR for a year, but that still won't solve the issue wants the contract is up. I own a small Plumbing company and was going to enter a fleet contract for (6) truck come the first of the year. Needless to say, if your not willing to correct YOUR MISTAKE for 1,300.00 dollars, why would Give you anymore of my business.

    This dealership is a joke. We ended up buying a car here (despite the uneasiness of my husband and I). We were told during the car buying business that we were buying a "Certified" vehicle that meant we qualified for 2 years of service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Not to mention, this was told to us MANY times during the process. This was a big perk for us as it would be for most people. Three months after buying our car we scheduled an oil change and drove the 2 hours to the service center. Only to find out, we DID NOT qualify for this! After bouncing us around from person to person no one could find the paperwork where we apparently "opted out" of this service. They (Johnny-Finance MGR) refused to honor anything that we were told. We will never return to this dealership, will be telling every person we know how incompetent & untrustworthy they are, and will look forward to trading in this vehicle just to get this bad taste out of our mouth!

    I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu. This was actually the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson, Laila and the financing staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. I told them what I could do and they informed me what they could do, we came to an agreement with a mutual understanding, no hassle and colored it DONE! I love that. This was actually the first time that I left a dealership still smiling and really feeling like I got what I wanted without feeling totally drained in the process.
