Great Sales Service!

I had the best experience at Hendrick Chevrolet of Buford thanks to my salesman, Dario Carter. From the start, Dario was fantastic at walking me through the details of the Suburban I was interested in. He was extremely communicative, answered all of my questions, and followed up on everything I needed without me ever having to ask twice. The entire buying process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Dario made sure everything was handled flawlessly from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Suburban. Thank you, Dario, for making this such a great experience! Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

    I wen to Rick Hendrick to purchase a use Land Rover. I test drove it and everything was going smooth until it came down to pricing. Adam Rubin their “ used car sales manager” would not budge at all on the price. That really did not bother me that much, because it was priced competitive. However a person still wants some off just to fell like you are getting a deal. The thing that bothered me is what he want to give me on my trade in. He offered me 4,000 low from KBB.. this to me was insulting my intelligence. Then he would not budge on coming up on the trade in to something reasonable. These guys did not want to sell a car today and Adam was a bit of a jerk about it. I will buy my used Land Rover some where else and would not recommend anyone this dealership!

    I walked into Rick Hendrick for my first car and Kyle made the process so easy! I ended up finding the perfect car and he helped me through a lot of technical issues. His whole goal was making sure it ended the way I wanted it to. I will definitely will be buying from these guys again!

    Wanted to get out from under my 2015 Ford Explorer went to Carmax to sell it no luck there very low offer. Decided to go to Rick Hendrick in Buford Ga because we are expecting a new addition to our family and needed a larger vehicle anyway! We were very certain about the type of suburban we wanted, Darwin Young was our sales rep and found exactly what we wanted with added features in the price range we wanted! Very happy with my new car and the deal I was given on my trade! Darwin Young is the salesman you want when you visit this place, he has gone above and beyond for us! Couldn't be more proud of our decision and the assistance Darwin Young has given us!

    My husband bought a new z71 truck last year and had a great experience with Pete. I was in the market for a new Tahoe, so I called to find that Pete was no longer at this dealership. I went in today and met with Calvin Mueller and had an amazing experience. Calvin took great care of me, was extermely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and features. He made sure that I received top dollar for my trade and worked to get my payment in an affordable range. Thank you so much to Calvin and everyone at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet for a smooth and easy transaction!

    Buy Beware..... Same Part Bad 3 Times now. On 11-02-2016 I took my vehicle in to Rick Henderk. Here is what happened. I was working with Jeremy, he had to get Paul Bedenbaugh the Manager at Rick Henderk to help and look in to this for me. Paul Bedenbaugh talked to me about this the problem I was having with my vehicle. He explained that it was out warranty and would not be covered. At that time Paul Bedenbaugh did say that they would waive the service fee because I've had the same problem 3 times and that i would be responsible for just the part. $88 for the Value Cover Assembly. I asked and Jeremy to give me a sec. I called GM and talked to the Senior Advisor Tracy at 1-866-790-5600 ex 5914683. I explained to her that this is now the 3rd time that the Value Cover Assembly has gone bad and could they cover the cost of part as Paul Bedenbaugh and Jeremy at Rick Henderk agreed that they would cover the cost of service. She did not answer me nor would she talk to them at that moment and said it would take 24 hours for them to try and work something out. Will TO DAY 11-07-2016 I GOT screwed as NOW Paul Bedenbaugh and Jeremy at Rick Henderk said. Sorry NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BOTH THE SERVICE AND THE PART. If I would have known that I would have went ahead and got it fixed last week and paid for the part. Do a search in Google for Chevy Cruze Value Cover Assembly you will see a lot of people talking about the same problem. Rick Henderk NOR GM [non-permissible content removed] about their customers. Sad thing is I was going to buy my wife a new vehicle from Rick Henderk at Christmas. NOT NOW, NOR EVER My Notes below: (not really in any great order Atlanta extremely upset right now) Odds are they gave me the same replacement part that was defective. Since 2012 they have redesigned it so this problem would not keep happening. Value Cover Assembly 11-02-2016 Rick Hendrick's Buford I took my vehicle in to get the check engine light looked at for the 3rd time. 11-02-2016 Talked with Jeremy Zmek at Rick Hendrick's in Buford, GA Jeremy Zmek, on (11-02-2016) is telling me that it is the valve cover yet again. But unfortunately it is out of warranty, (100% exactly the same problem as before.) Jeremy said GM parts go out all the time. I said but 3 times for the same part? He said YES, I have seen that. It happens. Value Cover Assembly, Jeremy Zmek asked Paul Bedenbaugh the Manager at Rick Henderk to help and look in to this. Paul Bedenbaugh explained that it was out warranty and would not be covered. At that time Paul Bedenbaugh did say that they would waive the service fee and all I would have to do is pay for the part. 11-02-2016 GM Reference number 8-2488932704 11-02-2016 GM Called GM General Motors (GM) Phone Number. 800-462-8782 Talked with Julie in Customer Service at GM. ex 5913823. Talked to Jasmine She would not give me her extension number nor would she transferred me to a supervisor Miles 112,600 11-02-2016 Julie asked me to talk to a GM Senior Advisor Tracy 1866-790-5600 ex 5914683 The error codes where. P1101, P015B and P0171 I checked, none are covered under the 5 year warranty Vin, 1G1PG5SB1D7124192 09/12 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ Error Codes: P0106 P015B P0171 P0299 P0496 P0507 P1101 P2227 P2270 P0106 P0131 P015B The error codes where. P1101, P015B and P0171 I checked, none are covered under the 5 year warranty 678-745-2500 Rick Henderk in before Ed Barns Jordan Eddy GM Reference Number 8-1590898160 Senior Advisor Tanya 866-790-5700 ex 5921511 First took it to: Maxie Price Chevrolet Was fixed. Funny Calvin Mueller in sales tried calling me to sale me a new car from Rick Henderk. 11-03-2016

    Calvin is great. We just purchased a 2016 Z51 3LT Stingray. We knew a lot about the performance of the car and Calvin taught us so much more- particularly the creature comforts of the car. His product knowledge is second to none!! Highly recommend the dealership and particularly Calvin for his professionalism- not pushy- and knowledge.

    I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Mike Anderson at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Buford. The overall experience of this visit was well beyond a 5-star rating! The dealership itself is enough to draw people in with the quality of vehicles, but the customer service given by the staff is by far the best that I Have ever experienced. Mike was very professional and courteous but also made the experience fun and personable and made sure that everything went above and beyond my expectations. Anyone searching for a vehicle should do business with Mike as there is no better sales consultant in the industry in my opnion.

    My wife and I bought a Corvette Z51 1LT Stingray a couple of days ago. A dream come true after many years of hardwork. I had an amazing and exceptional experience with Rick Hendrick of Buford dealership that was initially started and handled by Kevin Houston. Kevin took all the time and patience to introduce me to the technicalities and differences of the various models of Corvette - Z51 and Z06. He tried to accommodate the Corvette that suits my specifications and budget and later, even facilitated the in-house financing and 5K educator discount. The test drive simply blew my mind on the Corvette's raw power combined with its aesthetic beauty in and out. Kevin taught me a very important lesson in relationship building and is a true gentleman in salesmanship. I wish to thank all the other staff of Rick Hendrick for a wonderful buying adventure... It has been a memorable journey...

    This is the second time I have been in for service at the Chevrolet Dealership located in Buford GA for service and I had a great experience both times . 1st- Service Date 6/23/15 - John Dehass , my Sales Person handled the arrangements as the car had a bent wheel that was straighten before delivery , I can’t even tell it was fixed 2nd - 6/25/15 - program new key FOB – John Dehass , once again handled the arrangements with the Chevy Store as the car only had one fob and I wanted two for obvious reasons and I wanted the lost fob erased from the car . I also wanted them programed as #1 and # 2 fob , they understood exactly what I wanted and why , I was taken right in when promised , kept abreast of the progress and then the writer explained thoroughly what was done when it was complete 3rd - 4/19/16 - Replace Harmonic Balancer . My service writers name is Mike Nolan . I travel for my job so last week on Thursday I brought it in for someone to look at it , Mike agreed that the balancer was bad and that the replacement was covered under my warranty so we made arrangements to drop the car off 1st thing on Tuesday as I really needed to have it back in one day . Mike called parts to make sure they had the part in stock and asked the parts dept to put my name on it . At 3:00 PM I got a call stating it was done Needless to say the car is a Corvette and I am very picky about it . My car was returned to me and I cannot even tell that someone worked on it Also I bought the car from a HENDRICK sister dealership, Mall Of Georgia Mazda and that was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had in purchasing a car. As I stated above the sales man that sold me the car was a gentleman by the name of John Dehass . My Wife and I were driving past the dealership late one Sunday evening and saw the car on the front line , I explained to John that I really did not need a newer Corvette as I already had one and that this was strictly and impulse buy, he stayed long after closing on a Sunday to help my wife and I with the purchase ... he went above and beyond ....I bought this car because of John and his wonderful personality and knowledge I am also not a big believer in extended warranties but the young lady that help us after the sale was also Awesome and that was the reason I purchased the Hendricks Warranty Please make sure all are recognized for the OUTSTANDING customer service that this team provided my wife and I Regards Dave Casole

    I just wanted to take a minute and share my experience at Rick Hendricks Chevy ( Buford). I give the dealership 5 Stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically, I want to thank my salesman, Sandy F.. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot but very knowledgeable and professional. Sandy was no pressure and worked hard finding and then making the deal work for me. The car I wanted was out of state and Sandy worked his magic to not only provide the car I wanted but at the price I needed!     My husband and I have purchased 5 vehicles from Rick Hendricks because they provide world class service. I was recently involved in an accident with a deer and dropped my car off to the collision department and was given great customer service from Brad. I later walked over to the show room to take a look at the 2016 Camaros. To make a long story short I purchased a 2015 Camaro because of the incentives and the great customer service provided by Eric Gadlage. He was attentive and extremely informative. If you're in the need of a new car, go to Rick Hendricks of Buford. You will be highly satisfied.

    Calvin definitely knows his cars -- inside and out. Personable, no high-pressure in the least. Just presented the facts of the vehicles I looked at, answered my questions, and knew to ask for assistance from someone else if he didn't know the answer. I appreciate that in a salesperson, rather than try to fake it. If I were looking to buy a second vehicle, I'd ask for Calvin as the salesperson.

    I was happy with my sales Rep Sandy Fordham. After looking at numerous car lots and having one bad experience after another, Sandy listened and found exactly what fit my needs on the first go at it. He was very helpful and positive. He also fed my kids! 👍all around a happy camper here after 5 months of running around town. This was a winner!
