Dealership Service Review
This is the second time I have been in for service at the Chevrolet Dealership located in Buford GA for service and I had a great experience both times . 1st- Service Date 6/23/15 - John Dehass , my Sales Person handled the arrangements as the car had a bent wheel that was straighten before delivery , I cant even tell it was fixed 2nd - 6/25/15 - program new key FOB John Dehass , once again handled the arrangements with the Chevy Store as the car only had one fob and I wanted two for obvious reasons and I wanted the lost fob erased from the car . I also wanted them programed as #1 and # 2 fob , they understood exactly what I wanted and why , I was taken right in when promised , kept abreast of the progress and then the writer explained thoroughly what was done when it was complete 3rd - 4/19/16 - Replace Harmonic Balancer . My service writers name is Mike Nolan . I travel for my job so last week on Thursday I brought it in for someone to look at it , Mike agreed that the balancer was bad and that the replacement was covered under my warranty so we made arrangements to drop the car off 1st thing on Tuesday as I really needed to have it back in one day . Mike called parts to make sure they had the part in stock and asked the parts dept to put my name on it . At 3:00 PM I got a call stating it was done Needless to say the car is a Corvette and I am very picky about it . My car was returned to me and I cannot even tell that someone worked on it Also I bought the car from a HENDRICK sister dealership, Mall Of Georgia Mazda and that was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had in purchasing a car. As I stated above the sales man that sold me the car was a gentleman by the name of John Dehass . My Wife and I were driving past the dealership late one Sunday evening and saw the car on the front line , I explained to John that I really did not need a newer Corvette as I already had one and that this was strictly and impulse buy, he stayed long after closing on a Sunday to help my wife and I with the purchase ... he went above and beyond ....I bought this car because of John and his wonderful personality and knowledge I am also not a big believer in extended warranties but the young lady that help us after the sale was also Awesome and that was the reason I purchased the Hendricks Warranty Please make sure all are recognized for the OUTSTANDING customer service that this team provided my wife and I Regards Dave Casole
