Scheduled service on 2019 F-350. I contacted Athens Ford on the morning of 12/20/19 and asked if they could work my truck in on the same day. They were very busy on that day but they made it happen. The service department was great, the… shop was very clean, organized, and the staff I communicated with were professional and friendly.

Scheduled Vehicle Maintenance

Time spent at the dealership to get my vehicle serviced was pleasant but long. It seems that the service that once took only about half an hour has sometimes evolved in to a two hour ordeal. My service didn't require two hours but I have… spent that long waiting. This seems to be an industry wide problem not just an individual service center problem. I can't service my vehicle because I could probably never find the oil drain or the oil filter and there is no dip stick to check the transmission fluid level.
