Scheduled service on 2019 F-350. I contacted Athens Ford on the morning of 12/20/19 and asked if they could work my truck in on the same day. They were very busy on that day but they made it happen. The service department was great, the shop was very clean, organized, and the staff I communicated with were professional and friendly.
