    I serviced my new car for the first time at this dealer. I must say I had a wonderful experience! William did a wonderful job! They were quick, efficient, but listened to all my issues and dealt with them efficiently. Even drove me over to the outlet mall to fill the time during the service!

  • Wouldn't take cash/cashier's check/ debit

    I was extremely frustrated with your team that was unable to take a form of cash payment. I offered to use a debit card to deduct $7500/day until the car was paid for as I had a week before I was flying in to pick up the vehicle. I was told they couldn't do that. Then I got authorization for a one time debit of the full amount of the car from my bank and your dealership refused! Then, I was told to get a cashier's check for the full amount when I came to pick up the car. Well, I drew it off company funds from Truist Bank and the check out person said she wouldn't take it because my corporation has expired 2 months prior! She acted like I was a criminal trying to swindle a car from your dealership when, in fact, I had tried MULTIPLE times to pay your dealership and it was refused. They RUINED my car buying experience! I took the car because I needed another car and that was the automobile I wanted, but if there were inventory elsewhere, I would have left it there. I was disappointed with the salesperson and the closing person who was cold and callous. I'm a physician and bought 2 new cars cash this year--the other dealer didn't have a problem with a payment in full. Your dealership was deplorably insensitive and accusatory as if I were trying to steal a car with my Mother and family there. Embarrassing! I finally renewed my company's filing at sunbiz.org online in realtime and the closer finally took the cashier's check. However, any person could have paid the $200 to renew it online and still could have stollen the car! I won't be back and its obvious your dealership could care less.

    Definitely more expensive than going to your typical quick service shops but the attention and level of service is always much nicer and exclusive feeling. Sadly, this time there was some carelessness by the technician and/or detailers and there are greasy fingerprints on the leather interior that won't wipe clean.

    The AutoNation Experience I am the moment that I received a call from AutoNation salesman by the name of Michael Jolly, I have experienced nothing but high-quality excellent customer service. Mr. Joni was very professional and he handled me with the upmost respect for you made me feel like I could purchase any on the lot that day. Mr. Michael Jolly was patient with me, he answered all of my questions, and East my concerns and fears of purchasing a new vehicle. Mr. Joni assisted me when I was even purchasing by insurance policy, as a matter of fact he even drove me to the bank to take out the money, That I needed for my down payment on the car. I know that might not normally happen however I didn’t have a vehicle I actually Uber myself to Cadillac AutoNations that day. To be honest with you everyone there was professional and provided me with exceptional service. I would also like to give an acknowledgment and a shout out to Mr. Losse I do hope that I am pronouncing his name correctly he’s one of the major top guys over there and he pushed for me to have the vehicle I wanted.     My husband and i were in the market for a vehicle and did not really have a specific one in mind. We arrived at that Cadillac dealer to look into the xts’s to see the differences in then. When walking around the lot Abi, our now salesman, approached us to see if anyone had helped or assisted us. Once he learned that we had not had any one come out he quickly completed what he was doing and took as much time with us as we needed! He was very patient, as i was very specific to what i finally wanted. Three days of decisions and he finally put us in our dream car and we absolutely love it!
