Dealership Sales Review
I was extremely frustrated with your team that was unable to take a form of cash payment. I offered to use a debit card to deduct $7500/day until the car was paid for as I had a week before I was flying in to pick up the vehicle. I was told they couldn't do that. Then I got authorization for a one time debit of the full amount of the car from my bank and your dealership refused! Then, I was told to get a cashier's check for the full amount when I came to pick up the car. Well, I drew it off company funds from Truist Bank and the check out person said she wouldn't take it because my corporation has expired 2 months prior! She acted like I was a criminal trying to swindle a car from your dealership when, in fact, I had tried MULTIPLE times to pay your dealership and it was refused. They RUINED my car buying experience! I took the car because I needed another car and that was the automobile I wanted, but if there were inventory elsewhere, I would have left it there. I was disappointed with the salesperson and the closing person who was cold and callous. I'm a physician and bought 2 new cars cash this year--the other dealer didn't have a problem with a payment in full. Your dealership was deplorably insensitive and accusatory as if I were trying to steal a car with my Mother and family there. Embarrassing! I finally renewed my company's filing at sunbiz.org online in realtime and the closer finally took the cashier's check. However, any person could have paid the $200 to renew it online and still could have stollen the car! I won't be back and its obvious your dealership could care less.
